Some stuff is rude and make everything difficult . If he’s bald or short he’s no help !

While the hotel is clean and nice the check in process was horrible the person working 3-11-4-12 had a very nasty attitude. My husband and I went out to eat and go to a spa with friends and got back to the hotel around 3 am when we came out to go to breakfast we found that several cars in the lot has been vandalized but having their windows busted including ours. The hotel staff was outside trying to clean the glass away before people go out to see what happened luckily we got out there before they could get to the glass near our window so we didn’t have any proof or photos to take. I didn’t feel safe staying there another night if I was able to get my window fixed for fear thatthh ge try would bust it again. Unfortunately with the Memorial Day holiday no one could come out so we ended up having to tape the window up and schedule an appt back home 4 hours away. I do not recommend staying here if you value your vehicle because they will remind you they have a sign posted it’s at your own risk as if you can fold your car up and take it with you!

位置很棒。晚上的工作人員很好。如果你在退房時沒有離開房間,他們會騷擾你,即使結賬後5分鐘,他們也會非常粗魯。

早上好,可惜我非常不滿意房間的條件,我在紀念日週末購買的,花了我$247.12加$50的押金,可退還。與房間的條件,(依我看)根本就不應該有押金一進房間就立刻聞到一股臭味...可能是地毯需要深洗,也可能是房間沒有像應該的那樣被打掃過。廁所的邊框下面還有尿液座位,還有廁所裏的尿液和紙巾,所以沒有打掃乾淨!!整個房間的油漆都在剝落,門和鏈周圍以及冰箱門外底部都有鏽跡斑斑的地方。我看到牆上有一隻,窗邊的窗簾上,有明顯的白色的油漆污跡。我沒有提到我的女兒,她當時和我在一起,我所看到的一切,因爲我不想她嚇壞牀上的白色被罩離空調最近,上面有棕色的污漬。燈上還有寫草的字,放在桌子上....但是感謝上帝我帶着我所有的清潔用品來了,就像我平時一樣,因爲我在把東西帶進房間之前,必須徹底的清理和消毒房間裏的所有東西。不幸的是,如果我能住到別的地方,我本應該住到別的地方,但週末其他的地方都訂滿了,酒店房間價格極貴。不用說,我們作爲人不得不旅行時在某個地方住宿所支付的價格,住宿條件應該符合價格!!

非常好的酒店，性價比高，酒店服務好，下次一定還會選這裏住，總之非常滿意的一次住宿。一直幫領導安排這家酒店，領導很滿意。帶廚房的房間比較小。

I left my home due to the emergency we had. I was welcomed at this hotel like a family and well treated . I can’t thank this team well enough but all I am asking is God to bless them. My kids and I we all felt safe and for sure we will be coming back to this hotel. The rooms were clean and everything was good. Thanks for the good service.

I've stayed at this hotel the year prior with no issues. It was average but busy. This year was so busy they called me a week before to try and get me to cancel my room because they were overbooked. I refused and then called and spoke with a manager to which I was told that I would have a room for sure. The morning of my trip and called to confirm that I still had a room and they told me they had already had a room assigned to me and would be cleaning it then. I informed then I was still about 6 hours away but was coming for sure. When I arrived shortly after 3:30pm. I was told they did not have a room for me yet. When I mentioned what they told me that morning they said that was not the case and rooms were assigned on a first come first serve basis and they would call me when one was ready. I finally got a room about 5pm. It was okay but the corner king room had no curtain. Simply a shear see through curtain that let in the light from the parking lot and being on the second floor, people could see into the room from outside. When I asked about it, they shrugged their shoulders and said sorry. My room was across the hall from some very noisy people as the room walls were thin. However. The breakfast attendant was WONDERFUL. She was pleasant and helpful and always smiling. I left her tips everyday I at there! She was amazing!

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. My first night there I placed my suitcase in the closet which knocked over the ironing board and behind the ironing board was a gigantic empty bottle of Johnnie Walker which was the size of my forearm. Hard to miss if the room had been thoroughly cleaned prior to my stay. The bathroom was not well laid out and the open shower concept does not work well especially with the wecare notes to hang towels and wash clothes for reuse when the water from the shower runs into the bathroom floor. The bathroom was not the cleanest. My second night there I opened the closet to hang my sweater and a spider jumped out. At checkout, I requested a printed receipt when asked and was not provided with a copy and instead was rushed out with a “it was emailed to you.” This happened after staff asked about my stay and I responded “it was okay.”
