While the hotel is beautiful, clean, and in a great area, we had a bad experience with the staff. I mistakenly left items in our safe after checking out of the hotel. I called and left several messages that went unanswered. My husband got through to them and they said they would check into it and get back to us which they did not. I returned to the hotel in person and was told that the items were not there, but they were still investigating and would get back to me. They still have not reached out to me. Someone on their staff is lying because I know there were items left in the safe upon our checkout. If you choose to stay here, be careful. The dishonesty and lack of communication/care really changed our opinion of our stay there.

They missed a trick. The lack of a Concierge service or anyone with knowledge or recommendation son places to go, restaurants or even directions was surprising for a 4-star hotel. I am a Gold VIP yet no upgrade was offered or explanation as to why not. BTW, they don't even provide conditional in the shower.

Generally an enjoyable stay though a couple of servicing hiccups, generally forgetting our order. Location is great for the city about 6 minutes walk away. Only use the green hop on hop off bus, a very good and reasonable service with offers that means you will effectively get half price travel! Most recommended visits are worth doing; Guinness, Rock & Roll, Temple Bar etc.

Nous nous sommes arreté à l'aéroport juste avant l'avion. Nous avons les documents necessaires pour voyager, la police et l'employés de la compagnie aerienne nous a laisse passé, deux personnes de la sécurité privé ont appelé l'immigration qui a réfusé l'accès, bref ils nous ont interdit le voyage pour de raisons abstaites. Nous allons faire un procès juridique et l'hôtel a réfuser nous rembourser l'argent de la réservation alors que ce n'était pas à cause de nous, c'était à cause d'un incident qui nous dépasse. Je répéte nous avons eu tous les documents necessaires avec nous.

Delightful. And very helpful staff. My visit was fleeting but when next in Dublin it will be the hotel of first choice ian
