這家酒店住的真的非常舒服～各方面來說～四星級酒店啦感覺～隔音很好～床也好舒服～工作人員服務態度都很好～所以我住了好多天～

房間很好，風景不錯 設施：設施非常的好，就是有些舊 衛生：衛生乾淨，可以入住 環境：環境非常乾淨 服務：服務也特別的好，以後還會繼續入住的

Nice and quiet hotel, with easy access to Dubai. Modern rooms, and good car parking space. Staff are all great - big thanks to Peter and Prince for all their help and attention to detail looking after my room, they have made the stay even better!

早餐主要為西式，不太習慣，其他方面還可以，屬於經濟型！有錢的可以不考慮

現代美麗的房間。最好的牀。很多英語電視頻道。靠近地鐵站和餐館。酒店本身有一家很棒的餐廳。泳池區很漂亮。健身房多功能而且很大。

The staff at this hotel go the extra mile in ensuring a focused customer experience. The staff radiate excellence under the leadership of the hotel manager, Sid. We had a successful 4-day conference. Arrangements were seamless, with a dedicated business manager who was constantly at hand to deal with our requirements. A range of options were available at breakfast - and these were extended, at our request, to include a wider menu for our colleagues from Asia. From Su and her team at reception, to Sanju and her team in the restaurant, nothing was too much trouble. We were welcomed in a sincere and friendly manner, and the staff maintained their high standard of care until the moment we left. Rooms were clean and fresh, with a speedy and efficient laundry service. Our conference room was spacious, with excellent breakout areas. Thank you Sid, and your team

這對單獨或與朋友一起很好,對家庭不好,因爲更多的人會在一起,在同一晚離開,因爲一些垂死的人打擾了我們,多虧了保安,非常有幫助,順便說一句,不錯的酒店

We are very lucky to have stayed in many beautiful hotels in Dubai, and around the world, but Jumeirah Al Naseem is quite possibly our favourite hotel ever...! This year's stay excelled last years visit, the customer service seems to have jumped up another level in 12 months, from an already high bar! Particular shout outs have to go to the Butler team: Ashraf, Diego, Lee, Feroz, Usman, Zaheer and Zsofia (and my sincere apologies if I missed anyone out!). The team looked after us extremely attentively, made sure everything went smoothly, and were always on hand whether via WhatsApp or in person - a huge thanks from me and my family! I can only repeat my previous review in regards this hotel: fantastic room/suite, dining options were always plentiful and top standard; pool, beach, kids club, watersports, tennis pitches, buggy service, access to Wild Wadi were all huge contributors to an awesome holiday!

其實酒店沒有之前傳言的那麼老舊，整體環境還是不錯的。到達酒店會有專門的行李員幫你拿行李並登記，稍後根據房間號直接送入房中。前台微笑服務，而且得知我們訂了兩間房子，其中一間是兩位長者，特意安排了相鄰的兩間。 衞生間很大，洗臉池和盆浴在一起。廁所和淋浴間是獨立的兩個隔間，空間比較小。大床房帶一個沙發床，對親子出遊非常友好，跟客房服務説一聲，就會幫你加被子並鋪好沙發床。清理衞生很及時，禮貌熱情，認真有效。 酒店早餐有兩個餐廳saffron（藏紅花）和Kaleidoscope（萬花筒），分列在酒店東西樓，餐飲各有特色，住兩天以上的話建議都品嚐一下。 酒店最大亮點是水上樂園和水下世界，住店客人玩這兩項是免費的，非客人可以在網上訂票，前者500+人民幣，後者80+人民幣。先説水下世界，面積雖然不大，但內容挺震撼，巨大的水缸幕布、密集的魚羣，還是很值得一看。重點説水上世界，亞特蘭蒂斯水上樂園是世界上最大的水上樂園，它不僅指棕櫚島亞特蘭蒂斯酒店的水上樂園，還有和它相通的亞特蘭蒂斯皇家酒店的水上樂園。這兩個樂園項目不同，各有千秋，可以通過水路漂流過去或者陸路走過去（似乎有電瓶車，不確定）都可以。 酒店側門外面右邊有一棟建築是高空纜車的入口。如果住酒店建議買來回票，因為gateway 那邊沒什麼玩的，且不好叫車。纜車其實就是進出島的一個交通工具，趣味性嘛見仁見智，沒坐過可以感受一下，但也不用抱太大期望，最大亮點就是去酒店方向時能看到棕櫚島亞特蘭蒂斯酒店全貌。 退房的時候，前台熱情禮貌，主動告知按金退回時間，且詢問是否需要訂車，退房過程絲滑，按金原本説七個工作日退回，但實際5天到賬。
