The worst experience I have ever had! Drove 1.30min to this hotel, only to be refused to check in. I booked through Agoda who happily too my money and only stated that the credit card used to book together with a valid ID needs to be produced on check in. Nothing was stated that I needed a passport. When I arrived at the hotel, the reservations manager was eventually callerd and he refused to check us in without an original passport. He refused to provide us with proof that we had arrived for check in. He also refused to refund us. He said since we had booked with a third party that we needed to take it up with them. I proceeded to then take it up with Agoda, who did not at any time state I needed a passport, only to be told I needed to try get confirmation from the hotel that they would refund our booking. I offered my own ID, a Dubai visa, an international driver's license- all with photo identification but was denied repeatedly. I had driven an hour and a half only to be refused entry to the hotel who had failed to inform me of the exact documents needed and then refused a refund for not being able to check in. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. After needing to drive back an hour and a half to where we were originally staying I now need to fight for a refund of services for which I paid, yet was refused access to. Disgusting service!

房間本身不錯。但入住體驗比較差。酒店服務人員非常不專業。 1、訂的superior king room, 並且給前台提醒過，仍然安排king room。再次要求下，才給我換房間。 2、工作人員衹是回覆我消息，在我開門後，徑直走進房間。讓人很不舒服。缺乏安全感。 3、訂的half board，叫晚餐比較複雜。前台轉接room service 後沒人應答。需要親自去前台才能解決。3次晚餐，去了2次前台溝通。 4、Club聲音太吵，會持續到凌晨兩三點，非常影響休息。 5、早餐一般般。

As always Marriott properties are my choice which I opt on my travel and stays, considering the fact all their properties Maintain the level of standard and provided with a better quality. Rooms were spacious clean and comfortable, we had mentioned for an early check in while booking. Still self had to wait from 12:30 till 2:30 in the lobby, which I didn’t expect to happen. The breakfast was fabulous and the varieties of dishes remain the same, kindly include more types of food. The security system is not to the level? On our last day of stay we had a theft in the entrance of the hotel, we were expecting to have a clear view of the guy face with the hell of the carnitas fixed, but unfortunately the camera quality are very poor and the face were unclear. Kindly use HD or higher quality camera like HD came to support the guest.

Nice 3 stars hotel (small toilet), I requested to change my room after 2 nights because of the construction outside the hotel and they did it . Small number of parking but you can find more on both sides. Location 9/10 Room size 8/10 Cleanliness 9/10 Service 10/10 Price 10/10 Comfort 8/10

Не поймешь то ли строится, то ли ремонт, вывески отеля не видно, автомобиль припарковать не где, чтобы заселиться, карту в паркинг дают после заселения. Заселение в 15.00 и раньше номер не дают. Очень долго оформляют. Сам отель средний

環境不錯 很新 很安靜 旁邊就是人工河 有明火 適合做飯！推薦大家入住，旁邊有巴基斯坦小餐館可以點外賣不是很貴 酒店樓頂還有健身房游泳池和汗蒸房 五星好評
