杜拜瑞優飯店-全包式(Riu Dubai Beach Resort - All Inclusive)

The hotel was lovely and I could check in early for a fee:) there was lots of private beach space and beds and the food was good in all the restaurants however I would of preferred 1/2 to be sit down meals rather than buffets.

The hotel was a very nice and relaxing. The food was excellent. I’m vegetarian and had a lot of verity of food. The staff and house keeping were super friendly and tried to help if needed.

I like it

Hôtel très agréable et propre, service et personnel impeccable, proche aéroport. 3 petites remarques : Bruit des avions toutes les 5 min même la nuit, à prendre en compte, plus au moins fort suivant votre chambre. Pas assez d’activités pour les tous petits en dehors des deux petits jeux aquatiques et la mini pataugeoire. Rien à faire autour et pas de transport ni de navette pour rejoindre la ville, il faut compter en moyenne 10 euros pour rejoindre la ville à côté Deria pour ramener qlq souvenirs ou 20 euros pour rejoindre le Mall de dubai et burj khalifa.

So the property was great clean wise. And staff and entertainment was amazing, but besides that wasn’t a great stay. This will be my second time staying at a RIU. First was in Bahamas and that was ok but decided to give it another chance and this time was terrible. For one this hotel does not have room service, then when you are in the pool you literally have to be by the swim up bar with your drink. At one point by the swim up bar there was at least 50ppl in one tiny area because you aren’t allowed to go anywhere else in the pool. There was a life guard that will blow his whistle to tell you to go back by the line with your drink. It was absolutely ridiculous to the point I didn’t even want to get a drink in the pool because it was so crowded in that tiny area. You are also not allowed to bring your drink into the lobby etc. they have a sports bar that’s open 24/7 and the food in the sports bar is the same everyday and also can’t take food or drink out of the sports bar. Security is standing there stopping you. Also your room don’t even have beers or any type of alcohol. First time being at an all inclusive where you don’t have a mini bar in your room and also so many rules you have to follow. For the food at the buffet it was decent but a lot of it is repetitive. And at breakfast got boil eggs that wasn’t even cooked. One thing I have to say though is Bibi who took care of us at our table for breakfast and lunch was absolutely amazing. Definitely sit her in section.
