Perfect locations for a weekend get away. Customer service was excellent.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn has been probably one of the best experiences I’ve enjoyed at a hotel in quite a while. Check-in process was quick and easy, every employee interaction was pleasant and positive, our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the spacious shower was plenty of hot water and pressure. Our complimentary breakfast had far more options than expected and the staff were coming out of the kitchen to engage with guests and check on food and cleanliness. The little details all add up and I just wanted to share that they didn’t go unnoticed. Happy New Year!

We came for my niece's wedding and although the rest of the guests were staying at BnB's and other hotels, we found the Hampton Inn to be a perfect spot! Breakfast was good (your normal hotel fare), but it was easy to navigate to and from .... we're from Oregon, so are not familiar with the area AT ALL, but easy in and out. I appreciated that the hotel was very quiet too.

New rooms. We were in a standard double. Room lighting was completely inadequate. Couldn't find the electrical plugs in the bedroom with a brown socket and plate and brown wood and a dark room at night. Reading lights on bed burned out. Shower doors and bathroom doors cannot be moved without waking up everyone else in the room. Starting TV is also magical. Otherwise, nice!

After staying at this location a few times, this recent visit will be our last. In a nutshell: 1. They are pet-friendly, and the Folks nextdoor to us left their two dogs alone in their room for 4 hours (6 a.m. - 10 a.m.). The dogs barked and barked and barked and barked, and the front desk could do nothing about it - they hadn't taken the guests' phone numbers. 2. We left our room at 10 a.m. and didn't come home until 5:30 p.m. After 7.5 hours, the room was not cleaned. 3. Came home from dinner, and the television service did not work in our room. 4. Next morning, BOTH coffee machines in the cafe were out-of-service for breakfast. I had left a message for the manager about these items before checkout, but no response. And, upon checkout, we were told that bc we booked through *******, there would be no compensation/discount. Thoroughly dissatisfactory service. Time to find a new place in Decatur/Atlanta to stay.

Staying here just makes me happy! No surprises, everything is in working order, it is quiet, breakfast does not dissapppint, and excellent dining opportunities and live music entertainment are only one city block away. Love it here!

We only stayed the night but the stay was lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel room was very clean and the continental breakfast was actually really tasty. Another plus was the parking garage only costed $12 per night. I stayed at other hotels where the cost has been $45 a night. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again.

We had a problem with a double booking upon checkout, but the assistant manager was amazing in helping us straighten it out. Her name is Carey and we hope you will acknowledge her for her unselfish and professional performance. You are truly blessed to have her as an employee. We will be frequent visitors at this hotel, our son is a student at Emory University, and we will consider this hotel our permanent home away from home because of Carey. Thank you for having such an amazing staff.

I've stayed here twice for procedures at Emory and had a great experience both times. It's a short walk to lots of dining and shopping, and a 10 min drive to Emory. Ill be staying here again!
