南錫西部諾富特飯店(Novotel Nancy)

It was alright. 4 star in Europe is weird because is no where as good as 4 star in Asia

Voyage d’affaires. C’est un bon hôtel mais les chambres affaires n’ont rien de différent des chambres standard.

Personnel accueillant et très agréable chambres spacieuses et propres cadré agréable

After staying in Neurembergs Novotel we were excited to be returning to the brand, however.. Hmm the decor and style of this hotel is very dated and the room we stayed in although passable for business travellers, was dated and needs renovation. The hotel itself is very practical like a motorway business hotel, but definitely lacking character and charm for the price we paid. I found the cafe very overpriced for coffee, I guess due to the location and lack of surrounding facilities they can overcharge for internal services. But overall disappointing, staff were in a rush to get us in and out and couldnt help us with a baby cot on the day we arrived which was also disappointing. I think for business travellers looking for a clean practical hotel this is fine but as holiday travellers I would definitely be looking for a different experience next time.

Personnel impoli, négligé et mal habillé, négligeant, absolument pas à la hauteur d'un novotel, ne serait même pas acceptable dans un formule1. Ces observations ne concernent que le bar et le restaurant . A 9h15, un dimanche l'achalandage du buffet de petit déjeuner présentait de nombreux manques, et là aussi sans que le personnel présent ne semble s'en préoccuper. Le personnel d'accueil étant, lui, convenable sans être exceptionnel. La décoration a été refaite récemment dans un style qui semble se vouloir jeune et branché plus adapté à un hostel qu'à un 4 étoiles. Pas de mouchoirs jetables dans la salle de bains juste la boite vide, téléviseur au fonctionnement très particulier.

The room wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped for a Novotel. So much dust everywhere. No water in the room only to find out you need to collect a bottle and fill it near the reception. Only noticed when it was after midnight. Why having a fridge in the room and no water or drinks in it. The sink in the bathroom smelled of sewage. Pool area and general area looked ok. Ed was a double and made a lot of noise when turning. Not great.

Sköna sängar men tyvärr heltäckningsmatta i hotellrummet. Rent och snyggt. Ofokuserad service i baren, trots lite gäster.

Het is een goed verzorgd hotel, dankzij de grote regendouche en de plaatsing van de kraan is het onmogelijk de douch aan te zetten zonder eerst een koude douche te krijgen. De lift vanuit de lobby is en lijkt al een tijdje defecten bagage karretje gebruiken is geen optie want de andere lift is aan het eind van de gang met een paar traptreden in het midden. Het personeel is bijzonder onervaren en die in het restaurant en de bar begrijpt er niets van, na ons hoofdgerecht hebben we anderhalf uur op een paar hamburgers moeten wachten terwijl het niet druk was. We hadden beter aan de overkant naar de Mac of de Burger King kunnen gaan. op het zelfde industrieterrein als het hotel.

Vi rejser flere gange gennem Frankrig om året. Novotel hoteller har samme fine standard overalt, også denne gang. Værelse, restaurant og morgen buffet er ret godt.
