My wife and I completed a 3-night stay at this property and were disappointed. The room and facilities did not meet our expectations for cleanliness, there was always a strong odor of cigarette smoke in our bathroom area (reported to the hotel staff), and we had to accommodate a repairman who was changing out all the locks in our hallway one morning. Altogether not a good experience, which we expressed to the hotel and to *********** who we used to prepay for 2 reservations. We couldn’t get the second reservation canceled so had to stay there again to keep from losing our prepaid money. The second stay was in an upgraded room which was bigger and nicer than the first with no smoke smell, but this didn’t make up for the fact that the hotel has a lot of work to do to bring it up to the advertised product.

Das Appartement war sehr gross und ich denke, das Hotel läuft gut, weil es in der Nähe von Genf liegt. In kurzer Zeit erreicht man Genf, Genfersee, Nyon und schöne Wandergebiete im Jura. Das ist ideal. Es war heiss. Sehr heiss. Hitzewelle, über 35°C. Den ganzen Tag prallte die Sonne an die Hauswand, keine Sonnenschirme auf der Terrasse, keine Klimaanlage. Hotel ohne Klimaanlage? Es war nachts so heiss, dass man kaum schlafen konnte. Und es war laut, sehr laut, die Wände ringhörig. Über uns eine Familie mit 4-5 Kindern, man hörte jedes Stühleschieben, Weinen etc. Die Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig. Das Bad ebenfalls. Morgens um 8h mähte der Hausmeister den Rasen. Welchen Rasen? Alles braunverbrannt. Ich nehme an, er nahm mit dem Rasenmäher den Müll zusammen, den die Leute aus dem Zimmer warfen (v.a. Zigarettenstummel). Nie mehr.

Hôtel à fuir horrible. Accueil froid. Chambre très vieillotte. Lumière qui ne marche pas. Sèche cheveux en panne. Salle de bain à rafraîchir. Et cerise sur le gâteau petit déjeuner à 11 euros très frugal. Si vous souhaitez un œuf il vous en coûtera 5 euros de plus. Pas de chocolat, pas de biscotte, pas de biscuits... Minimum 1/2 baguette pour tout les clients beurre et confiture. 3 sortes de céréales. 5 pains au chocolat et 5 croissants pour tout les clients et enfin une assiette avec 4 tranche de jambon et 4 tranche de fromage pour tout les clients. Du grand n importe quoi. Ne correspond pas aux photos. Une honte.
