菏澤羅浮飯店(Hezelhof Hotel)

Enttäuschend. An sich ein originelles, verwinkeltes Altstadtgebäude mit grosszügig bemessenen Zimmern. Die Einrichtung jedoch ist kühl und ohne Charme, auch im Restaurant. Die Auswahl der Speisen dort ist sehr dürftig, das Essen mittelmässig. Zum Frühstücken wurden wir in die Goldene Rose drei Häuser weiter geschickt - angeblich ein Fünfsternhotel. Die Qualität des Frühstücks löste diesen Anspruch nicht ein. Dass die Brandruine des ehemaligen Restaurant Luis vis à vis nach Jahren immer noch steht, erhöht die Attraktivität des Hezelhof ebenfalls nicht.

Het was een hele verrassing dat de hotelkamers zo ruim waren en een eigen kookgelegenheid hadden. Het waren meer hotelappartementen. Wij verbleven er een nacht, maar ik kan mij prima voorstellen dat je hier een week verblijft. Het is een bijzonder stadje en het heeft gezellige straten en horeca-gelegenheden.

This is a really nice hotel in the middle of Dinkelsbuhl. The staff were very friendly and our room (104) was spacious and airy. The breakfast was comprehensive and good. No complaints, would recommend to anyone. Note that the entrance is off the street down an alley. There is a sign on the sidewalk.

We stayed at one of four hotels of the hotel, Hotel Louise. As any other of this Hezelhof hotels, it is centrally located in downtown Dinkelsbühl. If you come by car, it is highly recommended to book a parking lot as there is only limited parking or residential parking in Dinkelsbühl. The rooms are new, it is more a boutique hotel, some rooms have a small balcony, but there is no air conditioning. It is an old building and does not get too hot, but during summer time it can get a bit warm during night-time. There is a small fridge, a small desk, free wifi all over the place, Breakfast is at Herzelhof Hotel, 2-3 min walk, very good, buffet style with everything you need to start a good day. We haven´t tried the restaurant with outside area. We wanted to make a reservation, but the lady at the reception was not very accommodating and we decided that we try another place as there are many good restaurants all over Dinkelsbühl. Although the service in total was very good later on, so this was just an exception.

Great hotel right in the center of a lovely little town. Couldn’t have been better.

Right in the centre of the small old town. Quirky hotel squeezes into a very old building so all rooms were different and comprised really of a mini suite. All rooms had bedroom, seating areas, a kitchenette (cooker fridge and coffee maker) and most had a balcony. Good restaurant that is open to the public. Very friendly English speaking staff. Well stocked mini bar. They have two small parking bays about 100m from the hotel that must be booked in advance.

We stayed here one night on our way from Rothenburg to Fussen. The hotel is tucked back from the street so you need to look for the sign by a drive between buildings. Other than being difficult to find, it was a very modern and comfortable hotel. The room was actually a suite with a very comfortable bed and large modern bath. Breakfast was amazing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dinkelsbuhl. Just a note about the town… we came in around 5 and then left by 10 the next day. The ladies in our group would have loved to have had a few hours to shop. Although the town resembles Rothenburg, there are lots of clothing and decorating stores. Did not see any souvenir type shops.

Hotel Luise is stand alone hotel of the Hezelhof hotel itself. After the check-inn at the main hotel it is by foot 3 minutes. You can park your car if there is space (take a reservation). Rooms are just right for sleeping sizewise. Modern clean rooms, not to luxurious. Only let down is the lack of a airco, wich is in this case understandable because the building itself is from 1600 and somewhere in 2010,s converted to a annex from the main hotel building. Breakfast is very fine, al you want from a decent breakfast (bavarian touch). Dinner at the restaurant is recommended, great kitchen, chef knows his stuff. Bavarian recipes with a modern twist and everything fresh or selfmade, no cutting corners with sauces from a package. Great hotel, excellent service. The town itself also a good visit worthy.

This was a great stay in a lovely town. We were in the Luis building and it was perfect. The room was huge and quite nice. It had fun touches like colorful light fixtures and had a very clean, modern feel. The bathroom was really roomy. The parking was affordable and not at all too tight or stressful. The breakfast was lovely and included in the stay. We wished we had more time to enjoy this hotel and town - this is definitely one of the best hotels we have visited in Europe! Highly recommend.
