Place is super dated. Defiantly NOT worth $300 a night. PLUS parking. WAY TOO MUCH. Not a great experience.

Hébergement parfait. Tout pour se faire un repas sans sortir au restaurant. Très grand espace. Idéal pour un séjour d’affaire. Bon rapport qualité-prix.

Stationnement payant non apprécié. Mon premier Residence Inn avec stationnement payant.

Endroit très propre, emplacement pratique près de tout. Personnel super sympathique.

Bon choix

It was our 3rd stay in this hotel. Last 2 times we liked it but this time was a big disappointment. Their hot tub wasn't working at all, the water was dirty and stinky. When I complained about it I was told that the hot tub was the same for many years. I stayed in the hotel last year and I remember how it was. I also asked few guests who were in the pool and they all confirmed the hot tub is definitely broken and disgusting. I was literally lied to my face by the manager. They should have closed the hot tub and apologize for the inconvenience, I would totally understand. But keep it opened and lie, this is so unprofessional! This was definitely our last stay there!

This review is a bit scattered. The rooms are some of the nicest rooms I've stayed in. The breakfast is far more superior than your typical yogurt, cereal and juice complimentary breakfasts. We had one staff member who was fantastic, who went above and beyond and one who did his job well but didn't try to do more than the requirement. The pool was decent however there weren't any towels available and the hottub looked green and scummy. My main issue was I called the day before to inquire about a pack n play. I was told they were subject to availability but he believed we would get one and if we showed up right at check in that it was even more possible. We checked in at 250 and was told the pack n play was in the room. I went up, no pack n play. Asked again upon leaving for some Moncton activities and was told if it wasn't there then housekeeping was on their way with it, we were definitely on the list for one. Returned around 6pm and no pack n play, was then told they were all gone. Uncertain how it was on the way to the room and then never made it. The exceptional employee upgraded us to a room that had enough space for us to put the pull-out couch mattress onto the floor so our 1 year old had somewhere to sleep. Despite the pack n play issue, we will definitely stay here again but will be sure to bring something for our daughter.

The overall stay was ok. We have stayed at this property 4-5 other times. There were disruptive groups in the hotel that didn’t seem to be stopped. One large group took over the pool area with a boom box and taking the emergency PFDs and using them in the pool. Small toy projectiles were being used in common areas. Dangerous disruptive behaviour.
