飯店Extended Stay America - 費城 - 馬爾文 - Swedesford Rd。(Extended Stay America Suites - Philadelphia - Malvern - Swedesford Rd)

This brand usually has a few nice locations, this particular location is horrid!!!! Everything was broken from the sofa bed to the bathroom sink. There were no pillows and we were told all blankets were in laundry so we had to go out and buy our own blankets for my son to use the sofa bed. The bed was so uncomfortable, neither I nor my husband were able to sleep at all. There is a Homewood suites next door, stay there instead.

Room was ice cold. Heater did not work - blew cold air - and the fan motor made a loud noise. Told the front desk - nothing.

Room was not good. Bathroom drain was clogged, closet door broken, bathroom door did not close tightly, and room smelled moldy and dirty.

Hotel is very outdated; had to move rooms 3 times because facilities weren't working or things were missing from room. Very utilitarian and will suffice for very short stays, otherwise not worth. Also found roaches in one of the rooms before we were moved to another one

Massive leak in the bathroom, the last time I stayed, the garbage disposal did not work and one of the lights was burned out.

When I booked the hotel we were to get a 2 room suite and then I got a call telling me that they had to give our room away and that we were going to get 2 rooms that were not adjoining they were across the hall from each other so we go to one room and we thought we all could stay in the one room however when we went to make up the sofa bed their were so many stains on the mattress I wouldn’t make my worst enemy sleep on it let alone my 2 kids and the front desk clerk was rude stating your getting the other room for free what do you want me to do then I told her when we check out I would be paying cash and she said no you won’t be we only take credit card for less then 7 days and if that’s not to your liking theirs other hotels so I won’t ever stay at that hotel again I d rather sleep in my car next time

the AC in the room was very noisy, and sounded like rocks were being tossed around inside. The staff was discourteous and unwilling to move my room even though they had availability. They refused to give me a refund for checking out of unliveable conditions.
