Condo #2608. We were there for a little over 2 months. Pots and pans looked like they came from a homeless encampment. We ended up buying our own. The pool was closed (we were not notified of this). They actually entered the condo without our permission while we were gone. I could go one……it’s just not worth it!!!

resort fairly close from airport. On the main ***** with several beaches, attractions and restaurants. As well as Walmart, Target and Publics incase you have forgotten anything and or wish to stock up on food . Incheck in fairly easily with gargage attached. Stayed in 2 bedroom' 2 bath, kitchen and dinnibg room. The unit also had washer n dryer.

Great pool and restaurant, poor unit. My daughter booked a family trip in unit 1905 that was anything but comfortable. This junior suite was dirty. Kitchen utensils, walls, and door handles were sticky, dirty or stained. The beds were so uncomfortable on the full bunks we had back aches and could not rest. There was no storage for clothing in the jr room with the exception of a small closet in what seemed more like a storage area than an actual bedroom suite. The closet was filled with construction and cleaning supplies. The other closet contained the washer and dryer. The shower had an overhead exposed light without a covering or dome. I am certain that it is a building code violation. The entire junior room lacked quality construction. The barn style door provides no sound barrier for a restful sleep. None of the furnishings were quality or durable enough for frequent use throughout the unit and the chairs on the balcony did not provide any relaxation either. The back of the chairs were low- non supporting and there were no loungers. I was extremely disappointed because at first glance the resort seemed like a very nice place. I was also upset that my daughter wasn’t getting the value for her money. She really plans great trips for our family and everything about this trip was great until we returned to our room to rest. I was going to complain however, after reading previous reviews while there, I realized that Compass is aware of the poor quality and they just don’t care. We travel to Destin often. I personally will not stay at The Palms again.

Very pleased with unit 11117. Very clean. Size was perfect for 7 people. Had everything we needed. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Food at the resort was wonderful. Fun evening at karaoke Saturday and Sunday. We drive to the public beach and Henderson beach which was simple. Highly recommend palms of Destin

Almost ruined our spring break!!!! Condo was invested with mold! Had to wait hours before a property manager would come out and look at the room. The front desk told us this was a known issue and they’ve had several complaints!! Unsure why they are continuing to rent this property without fixing the known water leak issue under the refrigerator

Great resort. Everything you need. Even when cold out there's a heated pool. Had a great Thanksgiving meal. Just perfect. We'll managed. Beautiful grounds. Granbabies had so much fun. H8ghly recommend!
