I booked accidentally and immediately cancelled because I had booked at the wrong hotel. I was trying to stay at the same hotel as everyone else. It was so late at night when I booked and they wouldn’t. Cancel my reservation. Now I had to pay for a room I didn’t even use. So disappointed in their customer support.

Excelente place

We were very hopeful about this property considering all the good reviews we saw. Walking into the room, there was a slight smell, old food on the floor, something sticky spilled on the floor (very obvious it was not mopped or swept after previous guest or at all), fridge had a smell, food crumbs on counter around the microwave, and no comforter on the 2nd bed. Called the front desk about issues and a young guy came to see the problems. He was very nice and helpful and put us in another room. The other room seemed better except after further inspection, there were old french fries behind the door in the bathroom and a baby roach on the wall. We ended up just wearing our shoes in the room after we tried to wear socks which just resulted in the bottoms of them turning black from the lack of cleanliness on the floor. The staff was nice but overall I would say this place is a no for us due to the rooms not being cleaned properly.

Quiet hours are not remotely enforced. Had other tenants being very loud, yelling, laughing, etc at literally 3am in the parking lot, keeping us from being able to sleep much before we were due to leave in the morning and make a long drive.

Did not like the check is process. Like having an actual person behind the desk. Unable to connect to wifi, but no one to ask in the office and the number listed in the room info did not connect me to anyone when I called it. The facility was clean and the cleaning staff was very nice and helpful. Pool seemed well maintained.

Facilitie was very dirty. From the check in to to room conditioning were poor. We had an extremely bad experience with this hotel stay. A/C did not cool. There were bugs in the room and very dirty. There were other people complaining off bed bugs at office which did not have any staff. Sorry would not recommend you staying here!

The room was clean and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend
