We stayed for a 3-night, 4-day family trip. The check-in time was 4:00 p.m., but unfortunately, our room was not ready, and we had to wait for 2 hours. I have traveled a lot, but this was the first time I experienced such a delay at a hotel. Another downside was that the beach was a bit farther from the hotel than we expected.

Resort muy bien cuidado. Muy limpio y personal agradable. Para mí gusto faltaron actividades organizadas así como más opciones de restaurantes. Sólo había una tienda, quizás más tiendas estaría bien. Resort bastante caro!🙂

Overall a great experience! We loved the pool and the atmosphere.

Hands down the nicest hotel property we have stayed in at the Florida panhandle. We recommend the hotel option where the rooms and common areas are in the same category as the Sanctuary at Kiawah Island. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the food was great. The beach is a short walk away, and the pools are beautiful. The only negatives I noticed were trash in the self parking area and a few items like drink glasses in the porch area not picked up from the night before. I’m not taking a deep dive on the tv vendor but let’s just say I missed Google fiber which I have at home. I am currently visiting the panhandle again at a different location with the same service and both locations should find a better option. On a scale of 5, I would rate the tv provider a 1.

The place was beautiful in every aspect. The only part that was a little disappointing was that beach chairs cost money and you can’t bring your own. You can only book half day and full day and my kids don’t sit long enough to make it worth it so we stayed by the pool and just walked the beach. Everything else was amazing.

This property is in excellent shape and very well maintained. Gulf view rooms deliver as promised and walk to the beach through the pool area is easy to navigate. Only down side to this property outside of its control is that there is a tourist helicopter across the street that takes off every half hour. Fun to see at it first, but rather noisy and distracting. Also, they book wedding and proms here with music going till 10pm.

We have stayed here before. We returned because the location and ambiance of the resort is amazing but previously did have some complaints. They upped their game on the food and service. It was a much better experience than previous stay. Food was way better. Staff friendliness was way better. We will definitely be back.

This is a very beautiful and very expensive hotel. Everything costs extra. Want to park your car? 29.00 per day. There is an additional 49.00 per day resort fee.a glass if house wine is 18.00 and they include 20% service fee. Oh and its called a beach resort. Want a chair at the beach it will cost you 49.00 for half day. Hmmm. We had to have our refrigerator replaced because it didn't work, then the tv kept going out (not that we were watching it much but it didnt work when we did. The sensor on the balcony door was broken so sometimes we didn’t have a working thermostat because it thought the door was open. I did take advantage of the spa, and had a nice massage, chilled out in the lavender room with a glass of bubbly. Prices were high but expected , they also included a 20% service charge. The view from the balcony was beautiful. A little annoying to have the helicopter tours overhead. Beautiful sunset spot. Restaurant was ok , not great and again very expensive. There is a service charge and some sort if use charge for room service so a 16.00 salad costs over 40. There is free fresh brewed Starbucks coffee on every floor, i would suggest taking advantage of that. I will likely pick another hotel or resort when returning to the area. Overall beautiful and high end, and quite enjoyable. but not worth all the extra fees they charge.
