Overall, i loved our stay at the henderson, most staff were helpful and accommodating. Renting a spot on the now private beach was a nightmare and we were never confirmed and that was our only issue. The pools were beautifully kept and our room as well. The younger valet men were also great and helpful, we enjoyed conversing with then.

A good stay This was a good stay! Conveniently located close to anything you could possibly need, the property is well maintained. I believe all rooms have a balcony which is great (would be nice to have a table with the chairs). There were two things that bothered me about this place: cleanliness and accessibility for the disabled. The rooms could be cleaner. There’s not a lot of attention to detail here when there should be given it’s on the beach. Lots of salt, sand, dust and grime on common surfaces but also near headboards and tables. They also don’t volunteer all parking options or the price at check in. There is self park and valet. If you are disabled and have a disabled parking permit they will valet for free. This is not the most convenient option for those who are disabled, which I am. I’d like to be able to park my own car and take my time unpacking without the rush of the valet or feeling obligated to tip. There is plenty of space to dedicate for disabled parking near the valet stand/registration. All things considered this was a good stay. I would recommend this place to friends and family provided the above feedback is addressed.
