the location is far from Philadelphia around 25 minutes. Breakfast was good. My room was nice in general, but there was a cicada in it, it didn't make me sleep.. I poured water behind the air conditioner where the sound came from, then the sound stopped, but I listened to it for 3 hours.

The rooms are small and the bathrooms ridiculously small.
Breakfast is very good!
Coffee, even first thing in the morning, is usually not hot; just warm. Brought it to their attention but they never figured it out.
Very friendly staff!
Exercise room is small.

This place is amazing very very clean the staff are very friendly, professional and hospitable if there's a problem they get on it right away (i had a coffee pot issue) and the breakfast OMG hot or cold amazing the cook Michelle she's the best. Ron the manager the best. I was very impressed and if I in need of a hotel when I'm in the area this is my go without a doubt. Thank you Holiday Inn Express you get 10 stars.

Room was comfy...shower was very dirty and the water didnt go down the drain. No fan in the bathroom to circulate the air. This will eventually cause mildew. The lady at the breakfast that worked there kept staring at me. It wasnt because i was messy because i was the neatest person. She was very strange. It was eery!!

Room was incredibly noisy. Doors are paper thin and the elevator just outside my door was loud and very active area. The environmental unit in my room could not stay on continuous fan and cycled on and off with strange noises after each on use. The cleaning staff were loud and bang around having animated conversations just outside your door.

Loved our stay at this hotel.
Pros: Room is small but it worked for us. Bed was super comfortable. Friendly staff and the breakfast was super good (western eggs, egg whites, turkey sausage, bread, bagels, pancakes, cornflakes and more). Super convenient and close to restaurants.
Cons: The water on our tub would drain very slowly, it was clogged.

Everything was great. All the staff was great also. I wish I could have got the last name who does the breakfast. She goes above and beyond and made sure that you have everything you need. Her bubbly spirits will have your morning starting off right. She was doing all the breakfast alone and handle it like a champ !!! You go girl

Usually great - a few issues this time. Tv remote not work so stuck on loud football game when turned on and couldn't turn off. Unplugged.
Also the wall thermostat not work
All else fine - epecially the morning coffee and oatmeal!
