Loved the feel of the hotel but we paid for a 2 queen room and got a room with a king bed for 2 parents and 2 kids. The out of date room phone beeped all night and had to be put in hall, they never brought a roll away so kids slept in our bed. Room jacuzzi was broken as was the room fridge. Never apologized. Place needs a full gut.

The Seagate is a nice hotel ＜ staff members Kevin and Eddie were exceptionaly helpful. The shuttle service was nice. I should not have rented a car because 40 dollars a day valet is a drain. The Hotel is a little dated but in good condition. My biggest complaint was the pricing for breakfast and although the rooms are equiped with flat screens they are not smart TV's which is pretty stupid they need to update that. The area is great and convienent to anything in Delray Beach. 5 star prices for a 4 star hotel summs it up.

We were placed in room 206. This particular room faced the street and I’m not sure if the windows are not sound proof, but the noise is absolutely intolerable. You can’t sleep at all because it sounds like the Indy 500 outside your window. When I bring it up to the manager, he offers to place a ‘note’ in my account for the next time I visit to not be placed in a room on the street side as if I would ever come back to this expensive dated hotel. The hotel charges a $40/night resort fee, yet it’s far from a resort, it’s not even beachfront, yet the description describes it as such. What exactly is included in the resort fee?! There isn’t even so much as a free cup of coffee at breakfast. Not to mention you have to take a shuttle ride two miles down the road to get to their ‘private beach’ I generally don’t offer my opinion in the form of a review, but a quick weekend getaway was ruined by two sleepless nights that we were overcharged for a mediocre dated hotel.

The rooms are a bit dated. The pool is next to a parking lot and it doesn’t open until 10AM. However, the food is excellent. The shuttle service is great and the beach club is the o e reason to stay at the Seagate.

We received an upgrade and loved the room we stayed in. A few days it rain and it was a pleasure to stay in room. Order room service, staff was very accommodating.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay the only issue we had was a weird smell in the sheets so we didn’t use that bed and used the other bed.

Room was big but somewhat dated. Floor of bathroom could have been cleaner.

Excellent as in the past, except for bad room door lock which your service people failed to acknowledge and fix
