Total desrespeito ao hóspedes resolveram reformar alguns quartos durante minha estadia fomos acordados logo de manhã com barulho ensurdecedor de, resumindo precisei ir descansar em outro hotel nem pra disponibilizar outro quarto foram capazes, reclamei pedi meu dinheiro de volta de pelo menos 1 diária e não me responderam até hoje

Amazing spa services, some of the finest I've enjoyed in Florida, also when compared to some luxury spas like the Four Seasons and the Breakers in Palm Beach. They offer amazing holistic products as well, along with a great lounge area and differentiated aromatherapy options. I had a massage with Gio and a facial with Camille. They are the best therapists of all the spas I've ever visited.

Beautiful hotel with top-level amenities. Delicious food. Very friendly and efficient staff. The entire facility is super clean and the daily afternoon turn-down service was an unexpected surprise. The pool staff will help you reserve seating anywhere around the pool (we chose a shaded back corner) and they'll even let you bring the hotel pool towels to the beach across the street. You can tell that Jodi, our breakfast waitress at the Monkey Bar, loves her job. We made sure to sit at her tables several of the days we were down there. There wasn't a single aspect of the hotel that we were disappointed with -- a rare occurrence nowadays with resorts.

Bright, classy, beautiful hotel with a great vibe and amazing ocean views. Fabulously differentiated rooms and above and beyond service from the entire Opal team. Ideally located near the ocean, intracoastal, shops and restaurants —- what a delightful gem!

Enjoyed a week at Opal Grand in Del Ray and didn’t want to leave. Already planning our next visit. The property is outstanding. We’ve tried other resorts over the years, but now won’t even think of going any where else. Seriously. Beautiful pool. Comfortable clean rooms. Delicious high quality pool side food, and the entire Staff is super friendly and professional. They go out of their way to make you feel special and insure your well taken care of. A big shout out to Sonia who made our pool time fun and memorable. Order the Dirty Monkey margarita! :). And don’t miss evening cocktails on the roof deck at Elevate with professional mixologists on staff, ocean views and surf breeze, or an amazing dinner at The Drift!

Everything about the Opal Grand was great - location, dining options, decor, comfort - with exceptional staff and customer service. Drift, The Monkey Bar, Market Place and poolside Cascades provided a good blend of dining choices with delicious dishes and impressive service.

We shifted to the Opal resort after being dissatisfied with a prior hotel in Deerfield. Opal was a huge upgrade. The drift restaurant and pool bar were both great. The beach market was great to run in and out of for quick food. The hotel is clean and very well maintained And quite attractive. All of the staff was super professional and helpful. It is directly across from the ocean and a beautiful many mile long beach. The town has a lot going on, with many stores and many restaurants to choose from. We would definitely stay there again next time we are in Delray.

Just spent five fabulous days at the Opal in Delray. I must mention that we have visited this property multiple times before it became an Opal property and before the renovation. While I am sad that it no longer flies a major hotel flag, they did a fabulous job with the renovation. It is very updated and the new outside restaurants and rooftop bar is a great addition. So happy to see Patricia/concierge who is still with the property and who always greets us with a smile and makes us feel like we are at home. This time I would also like to thank Leka who was our housekeeper, and kept our room immaculate, even in light of a small room issue, that she was able to handle with grace. I would highly recommend this property, but I do wish that Opal would consider a frequent guest designation if not a typical hotel rewards program. My husband and I can’t wait to come back and next time bring our adult daughters who grew up coming to this hotel with us….. They are excited to see the renovations!

Outstanding place to stay! Right on fabulous Atlantic Boulevard and the beach! The location is perfect, the pool is beautiful, we loved the coffee place and restaurants and the service was fantastic. We had stayed there in December…couldn’t wait to come back! We are definitely making it our place to go at least twice a year!!
