allotted superior room was full of bugs and ants 🐜 in the bed. asked for replacement, they provided deluxe room at the cost of superior room. very old and poor rooms items. i suggest not to choose this hotel to save ur money and time:

I booked superior room, but the shower area is too congested. Also, the bath fittings didn't function well. AC also takes time to cool the room. No bed side AC control available. No AC remote available too. Wired AC control remote is hung near the door of bathroom.

Location : good. Room service : good ac : not working properly. Provided table fan. Cleanliness : room was clean but spotted a rat in the room outside food : allowed.

Good quality service at decent prices, the staff was cordial and knew how to behave with the elderly guests

Room services are average, rooms are clean but we it provide towels and toiletries. Brake fast was okay but in the hall nobody to help us

No hot water. Very bad room service. Breakfast is good but very slow service. You will never found anyone at reception desk

Location is good, but food was not tasty as before, service were quick and well mannered staff

Rooms are bad and small and the service is not good. They charge as much as a 4-5 star hotel when they offer nothing of significance or value.

Except for location of the property nothing was good. They charge like a five star hotel but services like a road side hotel. Rooms were filthy, smelling bad, bed sheets were dirty got it changed, very very noisy rooms can’t sleep at night since was choking out early morning requested for some packed fruits could not get that. Over all a street class hotel not at all close to any star category. Waste of money to stay there

1. Thar lights / gyser and hand jet in the bathroom is not working bathroom is not working. 2. Too much of noise from the attached rooms. Even till late night. 3. No hangers in luggage rack 4. The room is unspecias and sophocati without any centre table and fan the ac is highly stinky

It is a old property and not worth for the price paid. .

The staff was very friendly. It’s location is good. The rooms were as per the price range. All in all good experience.

We just booked the room fir sleeping in the night. Lot of noise even after 1 am night. Not really a good one

Early morning there is no water supply in the hotel bathroom. Inspite of asking to rectify it wasn't rectified.
