Beacon Light beach house is located in a private gated community on Dauphin Island. This coveted gated community has access to a pool, tennis court, and a boardwalk to the beach. Beacon Light is just a 3 minute walk from the boardwalk. This brand new 2945sq/ft home (built 2023) has 4bdrm 3 1/2ba and comfortably sleeps 12 people. There is an open floor plan and two king master bedrooms with ensuites on the main floor. There are two bedrooms and a huge great room on the second floor. The property is located within a 15-minute walk to the closest public beach, restaurants, and gift shops to enjoy!Below the duplex is a shared, covered space between guests of both sides, offering outdoor relaxation rain or shine! In the same area will be plenty of beach supplies, dining areas, two charcoal grills, bikes, and an outdoor shower. The back patio is also a shared space; however, there are two separate outdoor dining tables for each side to use and enjoy! With a spacious, fenced in yard, we are also happy to accommodate dogs to enjoy a vacation with our guests!Upon availability, both sides of the duplex can be rented to a group of friends or family, not exceeding the total occupancy count of 8 (4 guests per side).
