新月度假村(Crescent Resort, Darjeeling)

We stayed with family & friends for 2 days in Room nos 403&404. It was very pleasant experience at front office for checkin very fast and nice support fro m staff Mr Anurag/Ajay in specific for all the support. We really enjoyed our stay and the Restaurant was awesome with variety of buffet choice of food and it was very tasty. Mr Netra -Chef was so nice and one of our guest is specific with restricted food and he arranged and the restaurant staff Mr Hissay and ***ish are vey nice and we have enjoyed our 2 days of stay without any complaint - We strongly recommend this hotel not to miss and the property location and view is fantastic. Will visit again

Hostility is very very good and restaurant taste of food is so nice I hope in future crescent resort is a top hotel in top hotel in Darjeeling and staff is very coperative and rooms is very comfortable location is very good and mountain view rooms are very very good

Hotel was comfortable ambience was good,staff are very caring and lovely specially Aakanksha Pradhan was very friendly to my son he enjoyed her company very much,our stay at crescent resort Darjeeling was wonderful valley view from room was very beautiful

We had an awesome experience at the crescent with a nice view for a breezy weather. The staff were very helpful and kind. And arrangements for a dinner have also made by the staff to make our day special. Room was clean and tidy and the restaurant has a good ambience. Overall a very nice experience.

Rooms are spacious good linen , tv , heater , clutter free wash rooms . Food at restaurant is also very good. Staff is also courteous and efficient. House keeping is also prompt. Overall a very good experience. View from rooms is also very scenic overlooking valleys and mountains.

The stay at crescent resort was very comfortable. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very cooperative and smiling. Kriti and Sajan from the restaurant were very polite and helpful and answered all our queries. Overall the resort,staff and the surroundings are very excellent. All the best to them Thank you
