費城斯普林菲爾德萬豪萬怡飯店(Courtyard Philadelphia Springfield)

C’est propre et très neutre, l’accueil neutre. Bon restaurant juste à côté, le même immeuble, au club de golf, belle terrasse et joli cadre. Un centre commercial pas très loin. Sinon dans l’hôtel lui même il n’y a pas grand chose. Pour une nuit, c’était correct pour nous.

No hot water

This propery definitely not up to the standard of Marriott. Both hardware and software. Especially the management. They have single layer timber floor on one of their wing. Got waken up when guest above your room walking. Just Walking. The heating system is not functioning in "Winter Time". When we approach the staff, they say they can not get their technician to come in. Don't have "Basic Essential Support". They do agree to change room. However, after a few rooms and hours later, we were back to the same room as None of their remaining rooms has properly functioning heating unit. Don't have stand-alone heating unit too. So have to spend the night in the cold. They do offer extra blankets. Hardly enough for Marriott standard. The wrose is yet to come. The next day when we approached the manager about the situation. She make all kind of excuses and state that this is what they can offer and if we can not accept it we should check out and go somewhere else. Which is fine with us. BUT we already paid for the rooms for the next 3 days so we requested a refund. She said NO NO. So I ask to speak to her superior. She said NO NO again. She said she is the BOSS. Countyard by Marriott ?????

Very friendly service. The room was spacious and clean. And the bar/restaurant was great!

It was fine, but definitely not worth the $330 nightly rate. Minimal fitness room and not even complimentary coffee in the lobby. A good location for our event but does not seem to be such a prime location to justify the cost.

Very upsetting. Only breakfast is Starbucks and they kept closing 15-20 min before the hours we were told. Not like a Marriott at all.

All good, could have had an oven to warm up the cookies.

We were there for three nights and no one cleaned our rooms. No bed made or towels replaced. We survived but for $350 a night I expect better.

It was fine. AC ran a bit loud. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I'll stay again on next trip to the area.
