尼法藍德飯店(Nefaland Hotel)

Schlechtestes Hotel in dem ich jemals war. Wir warteten über 1h auf eine Pizza und ein Brötchen mit Salat. Das Zimmer war einigermassen sauber jedoch hatte die Spülung der Toilette nicht funktioniert. Die Dusche hatte keinen Vorhang und die Tür lies sich nicht schliessen. Am morgen hatte es Schaben im Zimmer unter den Koffern. Vor dem Hotel gab es mehrere Bars die bis spät um 03:00 so laut Musik das man Prkatisch nicht schlafen konnte.

Leider was das Hotel sehr schmutzig, mann könnte die Türe nicht abschliessen, es hatte Schaben im Zimmer, die WC Spülung funktionierte nicht und im Restaurant mussten wir 1.5h warten auf das Essen und wir waren so gut wie ALLEINE da und statt einem Beef-Burger kam ein vergi Burger.

Hotel environment is so friendly with great customer care, the rooms have space, had sauna that is mixed with healthy organic herbs it was a great experience, I recommend the hotel and thank me later.

The hotel looks very good but the front desk service is very unprofessional. The room disappoints. Bedding old, ruffled, TV with one channel. A la carte dinner Ok, very nice waiter service. Very modest breakfast. Overall impression not very good.

This is a pretty nice local hotel.The staff is amazingly nice and helpful. I chose Nefaland because it is right across the street from the ABC Upper Class ticketing office. I use them when traveling to Iringa because I can board the bus directly at their office before they head out to the bus station on the limits of Dar es Salaam. So Staybg at Nefaland is great for that since the bus leaves at 5am. The only thing that I found disappointing was the lack of food availabilities on the menu. But what I did end up getting, a simple soup and masala chips were very good. I had it as room service and the staff was again very courteous and helpful.

Staffs were friendly and attentive except for one. Paul was had a Operation Manager tag on took advantage of us. First he lied that the vehicle that we used was under his company and used the money that we paid to rent us a much smaller car than we originally booked at a very cheap price throughout the stay Paul assured that he had a full and sole authority of everything that happens at the hotel. He was approached professionally but he kept cutting corners, and the renovation that he told never came. Overall, the hotel and its staff we’re awesome but that issue. A gentleman who I think is the owner solved our issues and we are very thankful for that. Thank you sir!!!

IMPORTANT - THEY ARE NOT ON ********** I WAS FRAUDED. They say they are on *********** but they aren’t. Be careful to book online. The receptionist was acting like I was a criminal from start so they are probably in to this. So again don’t pay online
