Breakfast was good. But could have opened earlier.

It made my family trip more memorable. Check in was very easy, staff were very friendly. Location is also great for shopping and a wide variety of restaurants is wishing 10 minutes.

En términos generales, el servicio fue bueno. Podrían dar más café y té en la habitación y tener máquinas dispensadoras y podrían ampliar el horario de la piscina. La comida fue sustanciosa y buena y la atención igual.

5 Stars across the board! You can instantly tell this hotel has good management. Experience was stellar every step of the way. This is where you want to stay!

Me siento disgustada porque no hicieron limpieza nunca por más que yo pedí que me hicieran la limpieza, al tercer día es que la hacen, y ni aún así me la hicieron, estuve 4 días y nada, no limpiaron nada por más que pedí varias veces que me ayudaran, no hubo manera

Close to I95. Shopping around the area is good. Property and rooms are not maintained well. House cleaning is every 3 days by default. Very strong cleaning solution smell in lobby and odour in room. Check-in was slow at peak period with 1 person on duty. Staff is fine. Management needs to invest in maintenance and service. Cleaning solution needs to be changed to something that smells better.

The property was kept clean. The room was another story. The walls were dirty, and the floors were not properly cleaned on my check in. But on the third day room visit they did better job or cleaning. Breakfast was good. But could always hear anything happening in the hallway.

La habitación muy cómoda, las personas de recepción muy atentas , y presta a ayudarte , tuvimos un inconveniente con el aire acondicionado ( hizo corto circuito) y accedieron a cambiarnos de habitación rápidamente.

Excelente estadía! Amplio estacionamiento y desayuno incluido. Habitación GRANDE donde todo luce nuevo y limpio. El personal muy amable.

Untrained staff. We were eliminated in the computer system by the front desk employee. Her mistakes which she would not admit. We stood at the front desk for two hours as well as other customers who were somehow mixed up with our reservation. Extremely dismissive, rude and unapologetic staff. The manager was excellent however and gave us a full refund for our troubles.

Attempted to do an early check in. No rooms were available. When I do receive my room on the second floor, it was filthy. I returned to the front desk to inform them and received a second room that wasn’t a whole better.
