The only good thing about this hotel is it`s proximity to the ocean. Food quality is no good and expensive, you either buy things in the supermarket for a breakfast or drive out for 5 minutes and eat elsewhere. Parking $35 per day and other fees are hidden cost to your stay. I would not recommend and next time will look for another property.

I made a mistake and reserved a room one week after the date I needed. I went to the hotel when I needed; I realized I made a mistake and an employee told me I needed to call ******* and cancel the reservation, he said they’d call the hotel and the hotel would approve the cancellation. I was notified that ******* tried to find out if the cancellation was approved but the hotel didn’t approve it even though I was told they would. Now, ******* and this hotel have charged me for the days I couldn’t come. I payed about 100 more for the room I got than for the one I reserved; at the end, I feel like money was stolen from me and it makes me want to never ever use *******, this hotel, or anything related. I’m going to Yelp and everywhere I can leave a review. I’m his was unfair, I was lied to, and because of a simple mistake I was robbed of my hard earned money.

Overpriced for a room in need of refurbishment. Location depressing - sandwiched between 2 roads, with nowhere to eat within walking distance except the hotel restaurant with limited menu and no atmosphere. Our daughter slept on the sofabed but no duvet was provided until we asked for one and then only the inside of the duvet was delivered despite asking for a cover on 5 separate occasions. Room seemed so tired and run down that it felt unclean. Not up to the usual Doubletree standard. And Parking is $35 a night on top of the room fee. We expect to pay something for parking but this seemed excessive.

Front desk staff was nice. Room service was non existent. Location was great, very walkable to the beach. However we have a toddler and the beach was ok but not great for wading. More of a surfing beach w bigger waves.

It was so bad we did not stay they were busy so the room rented immediately. Its a motel. Lots of plaster on walls. Not modern. Smells like pot. Not according to our standards. Left went elsewhere

Front desk check in was very easy and the staff was exceptional. The restaurant staff was accommodating and pleasant to talk too. Overall I would stay at this hotel again. It was a very pleasant experience.
