It’s a very good hotel for the price. They have a lot of amenities but the pool was closed the entire stay.

Poor customer service, dirty carpet, no towels, lack of amenities, no bath soaps, shampoo. They only serve waffle and coffee for breakfast.

Don’t waste your money. This place is gross and the staff is very rude. ******* says breakfast included but they don’t serve breakfast. We weren’t given a time for breakfast when we checked in so we attempted to call from the phone in the room. It was broken and we couldn’t hear anything. When we used our cellphone to call and ask the lady at the front desk was very rude and loud stating she already told us over the phone the first time we called. She also hung up on us. I would not waste my time on this place. There’s better options and maybe their staff aren’t rude and stupid.

The toilet backed up and we had to switch rooms. They had no clean towels, we had 2 towels for 4 people for 3 days. Also they had no sheets or blankets for the pull out couch, which was super dirty and not suitable for sleeping on. The breakfast was waffles or a microwavable breakfast sandwich. They coffee was fresh brewed for each cup and very tasty and they had a good selection of creamer.

I tried to check into the property Thursday night as reserved and was told by personal that they were overbooked with no rooms available causing me to look for a place to stay for the night, mind you this was 20 minutes later after I had tried to get into the property and calling multiple times because the doors were closed and no one was at the front desk. Then an hour after I checked in the next night, I finished dinner and saw that the bathroom was not clean. There was hair in the sink, fresh pee stains on the toilet and the floor. When I checked out that very night, I was surprised that the same personnel that checked me in did not ask why I was turning my 3 night stay into a no night stay.

Stayed last night whole im town for a concert. Room was not clean, dirty diapers left in trash, sheets had stains and burn holes, floor was stained, shower curtain tore in places, desk chair ruined, other chair had a stain, outside area had cigarettes throwm everywhere with beer bottles in the bushes. Night person was high as a kite, eyes glasses over etc. Worst experience. Will be filling formal complaint

We got a dirty room with carpeting that wasnt even completed. The next room we got was unsafe as it had a wire sticking out of the ac unit as well as the fact the the conjoined toom door was damaged and there were roaches visibly all over. There was trash all over the hotel piled up in the trash cans. And the elevator has visible spit stains and all of the carpet was diry and stained.

The refrigerator did ot work in the room. Called down and let the front desk know and was told that there were no rooms to be switched too that we would have to bring stiff down to the offi e fridge. Ice machi ne wasnt working and i went down to tell tbe front desk and ask about another ice machine. While standing there, the same receptionist was on the phone with another guest and offered the other guest a room switch. The receptionist did not realie that i was stnding there and overheard her make that offer to another guest. I inquired about a switch again and she told.me that all the rooms she had were already spoken for and told me that she did not offer the other guest from the phone call a room switch. It was insulating that i heard her make the offer and then lie and say she didn't say that and then tell me we could leave if we weren't happy and we would need to get a refund through our booking site. She raised her voice at me in front of other guests that were there to hear our entire conversation. I will never stay with another Oyo and will alret others. This was not just bad business prcatice, the staff was rude, condescending, snd out of line. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
