Will not return. Room desperately needed a deep clean, repairs, and replacements of damaged items/materials. Check in staff were slow, discourteous, made significant errors, and then blamed and inconvenienced us for the consequences of their mistakes. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. Road noise was quite loud (even in a 9th floor room) during the day but not too bad at night.

The staff was excellent!!! Night security lady, she's the best! Parking onsite and valet was excellent, and in my opinion totally worth the cost! The area has a lot of homeless, but felt safe my entire stay. Hotel was clean, lots of extras, breakfast was great! Lots of attractions within walking distance. Would stay again.

Check-in was the worst. Room not ready 1:15 past check-in time. Ok. When we expressed our unhappiness the desk clerk/manager said she could cancel our reservation for is. Really! Customer service = insulting the guests' intelligence? She could have said "let me comp you a drink or snack while you wait". But no. The worst part was not the inconvenience. It was management's attitude. When I attempted to use Hilton's online customer service, it was a nightmare and waste of time. So I telephoned. After giving gentleman our data he put me on hold 2 minutes then disconnected. Infuriating! Of course, no one called back; or emailed.ur unhapp

I cannot speak highly enough about the hotel and its staff. Every single employee I interacted with from the valet to the front desk to the security staff to the kitchen staff and to the sales manager was absolutely phenomenal. They made our stay very enjoyable. The room itself was a nice cozy suite with a great view of the half pyramid next door. It was perfectly size and the kitchen was exactly what I wanted. It was also very clean. It had wonderful amenities like the pool, gym, pool table and more. It is a great location and was close to everything my Fiance and I wanted to do in Dallas. And, again, the staff go above and beyond. By the second day they recognized me which made it feel very personal. Not something you’d expect from such a big and busy hotel. I proposed to my fiancé this weekend and the team ensured it was special. Highly recommend.

room was nice ,but beware of the pet policy ripoff 75 DOLLARS ,wow,did not see this on the website,but when I questioned that some other girl stepped in and confirmed that with a loud,yes it is on there and turned and walked away ,very rude and than they all started talking a different language,very rude again,very dirty all around the area,lot of drinking bums hanging out every where,will not stay again.....

The room was spacious. You have to pay 30 dollars for valet parking that moves very slow even if you call down. You won’t get to use much of the amenities if you happen to be there while someone is having a kids party, they take over everything. As I was leaving everything was fine and I was then charged for a carpet burn that was already there. I seen the charge and called and they explained they have already refunded my card for the incidental. This should have been previously documented and no way I should have been charged. They didn’t even try to investigate, charged my card first then looked at it later. Now I have to wait up to 7 days to get my money back. Highly pissed off. Although they do not call about incidentals but if you make a mistake, good customer service would have been to call and inform me.

Kind people at front desk. Incredible value fir the dollar so we can’t complain about the services as everything was okay. We made a complaint about the pool being shut snd we got kind east compensation. Breakfast was adequate each day. Great basketball for the kids . Happy wirh our stay .

Pros: spacious room, clean, wonderful water pressure in shower and sink, kitchenette was nice, multiple activities/amenities available, location was convenient, we walked everywhere during our stay, breakfast was available with multiple food options. Cons: only valet parking available and the attendants were too pushy about getting a tip. The breakfast offered was awful - runny scrambled eggs, very low quality/rubbery sausage, bland, cold potatoes, only one waffle maker so there was always a long line to get a waffle and the coffee tasted old. The pullout sofa bed in our room was terrible- you could feel each spring in the thin mattress- and the pillows for the regular bed were quite flat. The drain cover for our shower was not glued/caulked down at all and created a slipping hazard as it easily slid right off the drain hole. We didn’t bother telling the front desk about this until check out as we were able to work around it for the two nights we were there. I hope they fixed it for the next guest. There are a lot of homeless people in the area, but I suppose that’s just downtown areas for ya.

Very disappointed in this property. Toilet was broken and couldn’t get help to fix, very very dirty. The whole place. Breakfast was okay. I was very mad about the whole situation. The only bright side was the young ladies at the front desk, they were awesome and the only thing that made me and my family okay. Hope they can work at a place that actually cleans and does the upkeep on the property

My major beef was that parking was $32.00. They only have valet. The "self parking" is a lot down the street (you cannot see your car and it is in an open lot in downtown Dallas). The girl at the hotel made a point of saying they aren't liable for damage or theft. So you are stuck paying valet to ensure your car is safe :( That was a huge expense for only a one night stay. We also were put next to the laundry room so most of the night we heard banging from them opening and closing the machines. Make sure to ask to move if a room called Linen is next to you. Overall it was close to where we ate and the theater and the room was spacious. Bed was comfy.

We stayed overnight for a concert that planted at American Airlines Center. The venue was less than a mile from the hotel which was a nice walk with a stop on the way for dinner. Hotel staff were excellent and all smiles. My only complaint and it really isn’t is that there is no insight dining. There are plenty of great dining options within close proximity of the hotel though. We will definitely stay at Hilton Downtown Dallas again.

Here’s just a few pictures of my less than 12 hour stay! BLACK mold, are you kidding me? Management is aware of these conditions and still have people stay in this room!
