Absolutely spectacular hotel

This hotel is truly amazing! I was impressed by the interior design and how the furniture was beautifully curated and put together. Very pleasing to the eyes. The attention to details was just impeccable! The service was great. The staff were warm and welcoming. I typically do not sleep well the first couple of days away from home but I was able to automatically fall asleep in a comfortable bed the first night. The rooftop swimming pool area was one of my favorite amenities. It's kept extremely clean and the view is to die for. I recommend the steakhouse, Stillwell's, located inside the hotel as well. The ambience is classy, chic, and romantic. The dishes and service were outstanding! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you, Hotel Swexan.

My wife and I recently stayed for 4x nights. The property is beautiful, brand new and has fantastic service. A big thank you to Julian the GM who was wonderful to talk to and very accommodating. Also a shout out to Destiny at the front desk for being so kind and friendly. The rooms are clean, and very spacious, the highlight is definitely the roof top pool/bar which is amazing. Couldn't fault the stay at all and highly recommend checking this place out.

I spent a weekend in Dallas and I got suggested this hotel. I really was impressed by the style and the facilities the offer. I had dinner at the steakhouse Stillwell's at the 7th floor and it is definitely a must to try, also the service was impeccable. We also had a cocktail at the rooftop bar Leonie with a different style also very beautiful, the bar lady there prepares very good cocktails and she's also very nice if you want to have some conversation. The rooms are very spacious and you can see everything is new and impeccable. I liked the guide you can find about how to be a real texan and I really appreciated the little touch of the good night note I received every night. The best thing is the vibe and the feeling that you have once there. I really can't wait to be back at the Swexan!

My husband booked this hotel this past weekend for a surprise birthday weekend. When I say the service was impeccable, it was flawless. I think what stands out most is that we were going to stay at another hotel, and they would not accommodate an early check-in for a room decor set up, but my husband reached out to Destiny and she was very accommodating and allowed for an early check-in so that the room could be set up and decorated. We had a beautiful panoramic view and amazing stay. The hotel is gorgeous from the valet attendant to the bellman, all the services were top notch. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Get the bathtub suite with cityview!! Worth every penny! we loved the boutique small personall feeling of this hotel. The terrace pool is just gorgeous, like Old hollywood in Dallas! Modern and classic all at once! Overall this is a great Dallas hotel for business or pleasure.

The hotel is lovely and the rooms are really quite something. I had a room on the 15th floor, and the view was spectacular from a very large window. Thoughtful design ideas all around, comfortable bed, huge bathroom, a HUGE TV with Chromecast built in and just all around a nice place to spend the night! I was there for a group meeting, and the meeting facilities we used were nice. Breakfast and lunch were just okay, but I'm guessing the organizers were also trying to keep expenditures down a bit. I had to kill about an hour after my meeting before my ride came by, so I hung out in the bar, which was small but richly appointed with top notch service. So why only 4 stars? Well, one major and one minor issue. Minor issue: the bathrooms come with towel warmers. There is no indication anywhere that I could find on how to turn them on. I called the front desk. The lady who answered didn't know either, but promised that maintenance would call me ASAP. I never heard back. Major issue: the hot water. It took, and this is not an exaggeration, 4 minutes for the water to get hot. I experienced that on arrival at the sink (I was just about ready to call and ask for a new room!), and then the next morning both the sink and shower. And then the shower became piping hot and even a tiny adjustment brought the temp right back down to tepid. I never arrived on a reasonable temp. For a room with a beautiful, gigantic shower and separate free-standing deep tub...they clearly want you invite you to take advantage . But having decent and speedy hot water is a key component that was fumbled. Others in my group (some on the 17th floor) all complained of the same issue. So that is a real problem, and dampened (pun intended) my enjoyment of this lovely but very pricey hotel.

The hotel has a nice atmosphere and rooms are nice. I needed to call the hotel to book a meeting room and Destiny was extremely helpful and very responsive. When we got to our room, the heat was not on and the phone did not work and it was very cold in the room. I had to call with my cell phone to get room service as well as fix things. When we got our meeting room, we originally told the boardroom but this was changed but they never told the AV person so he set up in the boardroom. They did correct everything fast but it was a bit disappointing. The fitness room is really good. It is large and has lots of equipment, weights, bikes, maps, etc. we went to the fitness center everyday. The valet folks were great but they did not seem to have bellman which for a leading hotels of world was a bit strange. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom large but always cold. The staff was very friendly

Hotel is very nice, but a little hard to find. Staff was friendly. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas. As a woman traveling alone, the dark hallways made me a little uneasy. Overall, the hotel is elegant and I would recommend it for most travelers.
