From check-in to check-out this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff is very friendly. The room very comfortable and such a nice kitchen area with everything you need. Very clean everywhere I looked.
This was a trip for medical procedures. How clean it was made me feel at ease. It is just minutes away from the medical district. We will definitely use this hotel from now on.

Very clean, that's always my #1 concern. I pulled back the blankets, checked the mattress and everything. It was pristine. Some reviews are really dramatic about the unhoused people in the area. While there are people in the general area, they are not bothering anyone and they were mostly at the convenience store across the parking lot. Who cares? Mind your business and you'll be just fine. We enjoyed our stay, and the complimentary breakfast was great as well!! Many options to choose from.

This hotel was close to the medical district in Dallas for our appointments. It was easy to find our hospital from this hotel. The 7/11 next door was convenient for snacks. The room was clean. The kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher and dishware was nice. The breakfast buffet had hot and cold foods. We liked it very much. The front desk staff was very friendly.

The staff were very friendly, the hotel was very clean and new. They had breakfast and it was good. There was a lot to choose from as far as cereals, sandwiches, omelets, oatmeal and waffles. The room was great. It was clean, spacious and the kitchen area was awesome. My stay was quiet although there was a train close by- I couldn’t hear it during the night. The location was good- it’s right next to a 7-11 which is convenient and a Panera.

The area of town is a little sketchy, but the room itself was clean and roomy. Also, the pool was outside and tiny, which is not usable when the weather is cold and rainy. And given the area of town, I did not feel safe using an outside pool, even if the weather permitted. An indoor hot tub would have been great though!

This is a clean, comfortable hotel at a competitive price conveniently near to the attractions in downtown Dallas. There were some homeless people camping out next to Harry Hines Boulevard but they didn't bother us. Panera Bread is within easy walking distance and there is a newer 7-11 next door to the hotel.

It was not a good location for me coz I usually meet heavy traffic going and coming back to this hotel. Found and killed a roach. The induction stove was not consistent in its temp that it took longer to cook anything. But the staff were nice and very helpful.

I left the Hotel because is not in a safe area.
Homeless people watching as I unload my bags from my car.
The front desk told me “ we are always checking the hallways and every area of the Hotel for homeless people “ as if that should make me feel safe.
