Hôtel propre et chambre plutôt spacieuse avec 2 lits et toilettes séparés avec lave-main. Un canapé angle et un bureau pour manger ou travailler. Parfait pour une étape. Réfrigérateur et micro-onde inclus avec cafetière et thé. Petit-déjeuner inclus, parfait avant de repartir.

Camere enormi, pulitissime, letti comodi, personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione molto fornita di dolce e salato. Posizione perfetta per avvicinarsi da Los Angeles ai grandi parchi americani. Uno dei migliori hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato nel nostro on the road .

Hôte très bien situé sur la route 66. Les chambres sont spacieuses propres et bien équipées (micro onde, planches et fer à repasser. L’hôtel a tous les équipements pour se détendre : piscine salle de sport terrasses extérieures. Les petits déjeuner buffet sont corrects. Un hôtel confort pour une pause sur la route 66.

Such a disappointment. Rooms are tiny and weird like in Europe. Trundle bed? Opaque doors on bathroom? We're in Kingman, USA. Pool is skinny and cold. Non working ADA chair. Reserved an accessible room. Got not that. Mom was miserable as she has walker/wheelchair. Complete bummer. Next time, Best Western.

We were there for three days. A well maintained property. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean. Walk in shower. Nice lobby. The breakfast was Marriott breakfast. Convenient location with free parking right off Rt 66. What's not to like?

This hotel has the worst customer service ever. I called the day I was to arrive to ask if I could cancel the reservation without charge as I had gotten a call that my mother had died, and I had to turn back toward home. The guy who answered said he would check and came back on phone to say yes that would be an acceptable reason for them to cancel and not charge me. However I was charged. After about 5 attempts to reach the manager Shayna, and getting told each time that she was in a meeting and that she would call me back, I never got a callback, I called again and was given Jackie who said she was manager and when I gave her my complaint she told me she would have to check with "corp". And then when I called back a few days later, I was told she is not manager, but head of housekeeping. Repeated phone calls were made again and not one returned call from manager. I then called 800 number who said they would look into complaint and I would get call back. Not so. A week later I called and was told the hotel made their decision and there is nothing the 800 number can do for me. What is even worse is that I got charged but because I did not show up I did not get credit for my 'stay'. This info I got from the 800 number. To say the least, I will never stay at that hotel. The manager should be reprimanded for getting her staff to say she is in meetings when there is no way one could have that many meetings in the short time I tried calling. She should be sent for customer training for being so discourteous that she didn't ever call me back.

We stayed here, in room 318, on 1/13/24. The hotel was easy to find from I40, had plenty of parking, looked very new and had very good front desk staff. Our check in and out were great. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. There was a fridge, coffee maker and microwave. The toilet is in a separate room from the shower/tub area. It has a small sink in it. The shower room has a full sized sink area. The shampoo, bodywash and conditioner were in large bottles attached to the shower wall. The water pressure was decent, the shower a little small. The room did not have a clock and the TV is in an awkward spot if you want to watch TV from the bed. Breakfast was typical of a Springhill. There was free coffee and tea in the lobby. The hotel had be renovated about 5 years ago, according to the front desk, but looked newer than that. Overall, a good stay. We would stay here again.

this place is a fraud, stayed there for close to 2 weeks, never once had cleaning services despite repeated calls to the front desk, who promised cleaning every other day, the water pressure in the shower is very low, I was given a statement with zero balance upon checking out, then one month later got a bill for dirty towel charged based on house keeper statement, the same house keeper who never showed up for cleaning in the first place

The manager and the housekeepers were fighting when I checked in, during breakfast the next day, and again when I checked out. It was horrible. The hotel is in disrepair. My room had a piece of flooring missing and several spots coming up. It was filthy. The shower in my hotel room was obviously not cleaned. There was a used bar of soap wedged by the shampoo!! Even the back entrance door is covered in what I hope is spilled coffee but was never cleaned while I was there. The AC went into some FP mode and started blowing hot air in the middle of the night. I think it had a problem. They are obviously reusing the laundry bags. The food is horrible. The tables in the food area are dirty. No one was wiping tables. The coffee was in a pitcher when there were 3 machines sitting there. I can’t tell you how bad this place has gotten. We have stayed here for years and will never be back!!! So sad! They need a new manager who treats their staff better and housekeepers who actually work instead of standing out front vaping!!! It was so bad the one day I truly thought they were actually going to fight. I can’t believe how the staff treat each other. I have never left a review this bad, but boy did they earn it!

The room set up was unique, with separate rooms for the toilet and shower/sink. We checked in and start to get situated and then noticed there were no towels. A call to the front desk got us a fresh towel supply. The system was down, causing a delay at check in. I did notice grime around the switch plates/ light switches and a dirty washcloth on the towel bar. In the morning, my husband and daughter were rushed through breakfast at 8:45 am. There was plenty of food available, but they were rushed and made to feel like they were inconveniencing the staff.

Check in was fun and easy, Ryan helped us and everything went smoothly. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice. There is plenty of parking. Good choice if you are traveling through Arizona

I called ahead of time (before booking the day of) to make sure pool was heated and was assured it was a warm 86. So i booked. A more expensive hotel to ensure my kids could have a little fun after a long day in the car. After traveling all day with kids, having an outlet to release their energy was important to us. We always book a hotel with a heated pool. It was cold. The kids lasted maybe 5 mins of swimming…. Also the pool needs to be better maintained. Plaster falling off in the pool etc. The first room we were given keys for wasn’t cleaned…. And looked like it was a fresh sleep the night or day before. After lugging everything up we had to get a new room. The second room was cleaned but I would stay it was Marriott standards by any means. The room was half done in my opinion but at least it was clean linens. We paid 279 for the night and wish we would have stayed at another hotel.
