Everything a normal hotel should be about! Clean, practical and comfortable! Very friendly and welcoming staff, very nice restaurant with great food and service and overall excellent in every way! For anyone who is not particularly interested in luxury but more in comfort,quietness and service,this is a perfect place!

I stayed with my parents and our 2 friends, nice room, cosy beds, nice bathroom, the breakfast was good, the lady serving was carful about my intolerance and made my scrambled egg with soya milk on my request, she got it out for me, the next day she remembered, friendly staff, however my friend's breakfast got messed up and the reception said they only paid for one, so one of our friends had to pay again, 7/10 experience

We were well looked after, particularly at breakfast, with chef Patricia and staff member Irene making sure that we had everything we needed, and warm food to order. Our twin room was comfortable, with 2 proper chairs! (not always available on past Premier inn bookings), but this was our first visit to this one. Well done everyone.

We stayed here in November and had the best stay! Really friendly and accommodating staff,.The hotel itself is in prime position with a bus stop a short walk away and station a short bus ride away. Really good location to get into central London without the cost of staying in central London. Our room was really quiet, comfortable and spotlessly clean. There is plenty of parking, outside the hotel and behind the hotel which was one of the reasons I chose this particular Travelodge. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

I had 2 lovely nights at this premier Inn, the stay was most excellent along with clean and tidy facilities. I must mention Patricia the chef and Eve on reception who were both extremely nice and professional, they made sure my stay was a good one by providing great food and great hospitality. The breakfast room was extremely clean and well organised and the food was freshly prepared to meet my requirements which is amazing attention to detail by Patricia the Chef. The room was spacious and clean with all necessary amenities provided. I was made to feel at home for the duration of my stay and would most definitely stay here again. Fantastic all around service and a great experience. Thank you and keep up the good work.

The hotel itself was fine, pretty much what you expect from a Premier Inn. Friendly staff, Daniella on reception was always helpful Raluca did a decent breakfast, actually kept fresher and better than other Premier Inns I've been in This hotel is attached to a Toby Inn, they share a car park but I'm not sure if there is an association (breakfast was in the hotel not the Toby Inn) The Toby Inn is the pits. Felt sorry for the poor woman who seemed to running the bar, meeting and greeting at the waitress station and even seemed dto be serving the food at times. Subsequently the service was slow. Tables were left with dirty plates and glasses for the duration we were there and our own table and cutlery were filthy. The icing in the cake was the mouse that was casually running up and down the skirting board a few feet from where we were sat. When pointed out to the lady who was now trying to do several jobs, she said "would you like to move seats". It was said in such a casual way, you got the impression this is the norm. Conclusion, no problem with the Premier Inn but don't go there if you think you are going to use the Toby In for meals, you will need to drive out somewhere instead

Breakfast was the best I’d had at at the places. The care was extraordinary. I’ve been to other premier inns but this was by far the best. I would recommend it to anyone else who like good cooked breakfasts
