布魯克斯維爾I-75-戴德市凱藝套房飯店(Quality Inn & Suites Brooksville I-75-Dade City)

They have bed bugs and the room was not very clean the property needs to be better maintained the fridge didn't work so I lost food while I was there was not enough towels for me and my girlfriend I had to go ask for more I do believe it will be my only and last stay there. If I was a **** I would demand my money back

Got double charged at check in, bathroom light didn’t work. Random long black hairs on “clean” towels and in bathroom.

The front desk people were great checking in. The room was comfortable and I appreciate the security the front desk person provided for me because I was by myself. Bed was comfortable and good heat and AC. I have stayed here before and really like this hotel!

This property was a nice option for the price and its convenient location just off of I-75 was great. It’s fairly dated but adequate for an overnight. The front desk clerk was very friendly upon check in.

Checkin took about 20 minutes because of the number of people checkig in, only one person at the desk, and a slow process. The person working was good and kind, it just took longer than I would have l Iiked and than usual. The breakfast was average, not great coffee and slow in coming. Room was good.

We started at check-in. I reserved a two-room suite. They gave me a single king. When I went back to the desk, they argued about my reservation even though I showed it to them on my phone. Finally, they pretended to do me a big favor by giving me the room I reserved. Brown water comes out of the sinks and the shower head does not work. Lighting in the rooms is poor. This is not a place I would recommend unless you just have to stay there.

This stay was simply to allow my great granddaughter a place to nap prior to her participating in a wedding later in the day. Knowing how 2 year olds can be we felt a place close to the venue was a good idea. The biggest issue with the room was that it was old. The ceiling was patched, the plumbing in the sink was loose and it all just generally felt like the room needed to be upgraded.

Smoking room smells horrible, the fire alarm was disconnected and fell to the floor

The doors are falling apart the ceiling have water marks the ac made a huge sound while on the furniture looked beat up and dirty the bath room sinjk kept leaking would t stay again over priced for the quality of the hotel
