Clean and friendly but not a 5, 4, or 3 star hotel even with the remodel. Paint can't change the hotel

Having to pay large deposit upfront in order to stay. I never had to do that before, think that it should have been informed before I made reservations. Last month we stayed next store and they didn’t charge fee.

This Best Western hotel was simply exceptional. Staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again,

Everything about the property was great other than the shower. The facet didn’t fully close to allow the water to come out of the shower head. Very noisy. Also had neighbors upstairs stomping their feet the whole night. But that’s not the hotels fault.

The gentleman at the front desk at check in was very friendly and provided excellent service (same with the lady at check out). The noise level was great and the room was clean. I would stay again.

Ok place to stay. Front desk woman at check in was nice. Housekeeping was nice. Evening shift employee wasn’t very welcoming or apologetic. They didn’t supply any bedding for sofa bed. When I had to go request I was questioned as if I was sure it was missing. Then was only supplied 3 towels for a party of 5. When I had to ask for more towel I was treated like a bother and questioned as well. Not very welcoming. Don’t think we will stay again due to those 2 situations. Plenty of other options in that area.

Friendly front desk, willing to talk about the area and give us recommendations. I was happy with the entire stay. I loved the smell of clean the room had when we walked in! The room was clean and the bed comfy. This was the best stay we have had in a while and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable, clean, staff was pleasant.. 2 issues… we needed 2 bars of soap. One for the sink & 1 for bath. Breakfast was prepared very nice, hot and good selection. We would stay again.

My overall stay was fantastic, I like that I was able to book an extra night in my same room as well as able to check in early when we got there. Very clean and the staff was always very friendly and helpful.

nothing unique about this property. Just your standard. breakfast is free but not very tasty. waffle house is next door.

Hello. My wife and I was visiting a local event. We woke up with bedbugs eating us alive. Other than that, the stay was okay.

Property was nice, pool was clean. Great Italian restaurant within walking distance and easy freeway access.

Broken shower, sink would back up, running water in the toilet and would go off every 10 mins.
