潘德里莊園(Pendley Manor)

遺憾的是，這家酒店並沒有達到預期。 房間和設施都存在著許多問題。 工作人員很好，但似乎不明白他們正在服務業。例如，我的房間從來沒有打掃過，除非我在下午晚些時候打電話給前台要求客房清潔服務，而他們總是聽起來很不高興，說我希望我的房間打掃！ 餐廳的菜單上只有 4 道開胃菜和 4 道主菜，很快就變舊了。 泳池更衣室聞起來很難聞，泳池區沒有乾淨的毛巾，除非你要求。 房間沒有浴袍。只有當你享受水療護理時，你才會得到一件長袍，而他們給我的那件已經泛黃了，而且是來自另一家酒店的。 我不會回去。

Clean room, friendly staff. Accommodation is looking a little tired. Breakfast was very yummy!

The room was lovely but had a connecting door. The other room had been allocated to an old couple who were deaf, they had the telly so loud that my children were unable to sleep. The room should not have been in use, the telly and people were so loud it felt like they were in our room. It ruined our stay and the kids were exhausted for their trip to Harry Potter the next day which was the reason for our stay.

Arrived early and told room ready but couldnt go in it unless we paid extra £20! I understand if you asked for early check in there may be a charge but we just turned up for some lunch and when your told its ready anyway seem a bit mean then to ask for £20 to get in a room that by chance was already ready. Room was lovely but the breakfast was shocking, tea was disgusting from the jugs, luke warm and tasted foul. Had to queue for 15 minutes just to get into breakfast. Poor quality as well. Hotel itself needs renovation, its tatty all around the property and the swimming pool changing rooms stunk and there were hairs on the floor in the pool area. The pool has a green water mark around it. Not pleasant, wouldnt recommend and wont stay there again.

The hotel itself was lovley. The facilities were greatvand our children enjoyed the games room. Had it not been for the terrible dinner service we would come back. The staff did not seem to know what was going on. The starters to 50 min to arrive. They were cold and bland. The childrens portions were tiny. My main was dry and luke warm. My salad had mould! We wish in hindsight we had walked out. I never normally complain or leave reviews but this really was poor.

This is a wedding venue and noise and music went on till 1.30am. Not enough parking either

Very nice stay. Staff were wonderful and so polite. Fridge didn't work in the room and a bit of a strange smell in the corridor but didn't detract from the overall stay. Swimming pool nice and warm and sauna clean. Would like to see more degradable packaging on the free bath hair gels in the room. Breakfast excellent and again breakfast staff superb.
