I requested a King size room/Bed and was told at check-in i was put in a dbl room. Curtain/drapes were in need of repair as they were falling off hooks, bath tub was holding water up to ankles even with stopper completely disengaged, toilet had to be flushed multiple times and the handle held for anything to go down.

Very nice staff! The high point. Rooms and property felt a little run down. Bathroom OLD

The hotel needs to be updated. The furniture is from 1970. Our bed was awful. The springs are coming the the mattress. I think the pillows are from 1970 too, flat. We did not get a restful sleep either night.

The hotel itself is very clean staff are friendly and accommodating our hotel room is very clean and bathroom, and this place is very accessible to everything. Would love to come back and stay at Mariott Courtyard Hotel in Cromwell Connecticut

Accidentally put in the wrong date, called the hotel over 48 hours in advance, refused to allow me to change the reservation. All money lost, so they got paid in full for doing nothing. My company uses this hotel for all of our visitors, all business will be going elsewhere in the future.

Everything was great with the exception of the coffee pods. Not really tasty. But my stay was very pleasant and in a great location near close by restaurants. Blessings

I have stayed at this property four or five times now. It offers everything that I need of it- a fair price, a good location, super friendly and competant staff and it is very clean with a comfortable bed. If your travel takes you to this area, I would strongly suggest that you consider staying here. I plan on keeping my business with them and I have no expectation that their excellent standard will fall off. Happy Holidays to all!

What a great welcome to this Courtyard. The front desk lady was super nice and friendly, I enjoyed my check-in experience. Was there for an ASHRAE meeting and the dinner that night was well served and tasty. Nice place to stay with generous sized rooms and a LARGE shower. Will stay there again.

Staff was great. Rooms feel like they're in need of upgrades. Shower head didn't work that well, some fixtures were starting to rust/chip, one lamp was flickering etc. Good location and layout, comfortable bed.
