斯特拉託飯店(Le Strato)

The worst holiday I had it was in this hotel. Our room was just next door to kids play room. From 7 AM to 11PM constantly noise from dozen of kids who is playing , shouting, dancing etc… impossible to relax… The hotel has absolutely no insonorisation. We hear JUST everything. The service in restaurants are very slow. Food mediocre.

Wow, wow, wow. Truly 5* - if you're contemplating staying - don't debate and book! We stayed here for a special ski trip to Courchevel - our first as a couple. Everything was absolutely outstanding. The best hotel we have ever stayed in. Gorgeous corner room with so many luxuries including tv in the bath! Turndown service was perfect and shuttle service into the village was brilliant to experience everything in Courchevel 1850. Staff could not do more for you. Amazing food both dinner and breakfast were delicious and truly 5*. Lovely quiet hotel, the perfect level of boutique. After a long day ski the spa was exceptional to sort out our sore muscles and was almost always just me and my partner. Honestly can't thank Le Strato enough for making this truly a holiday we will never forget. As soon as we can we would love to come back!

Mi mujer y yo hemos pasado 3 días disfrutando del verdadero lujo en Courchevel. Todo el personal tremendamente servicial y atento. Mención especial al conserje Pierre Simiam La ubicación del hotel es perfecta para el esquí. Tienen un gran servicio de transfer para llevarte a donde necesites y los chicos del ski room súper top. Siempre preparan tus esquís en la puerta y te ayudan con las botas de esquí. El buffet de desayuno no es muy extenso pero puedes pedir a la carta sin cargo extra. El personal del restaurante y de recepción siempre con una sonrisa dispuestos a ayudar. Todo muy limpio y cuidado. Lujo en todos los detalles. Lo recomendamos

Séjour incroyable au Strato. Nous avons profité de tous les services de l’hôtel, de la ski room, dans l’hôtel, qui vous permet de retrouver votre matériel prêt au départ et vos gants chauds le matin. Le spa incroyable après une bonne journée de ski, le restaurant et sa carte complètement adaptée à toutes les envies. Le personnel est à l’écoute et très attentionné. Les chambres très spacieuses. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux. Un vrai cocon au milieu des pistes.

Quel talent, chef jeune très dynamique avec une cuisine qui raconte une très belle histoire, tout est en accord ( saveurs, présentations, vaisselles, mobiliers...) L'équipe de salle dirigée par Laurent est toujours au top! Vraiment mérite une avalanche de félicitations! Bravo à tous!

Haven’t stayed at the hotel, but at the 2 Chalets Residences annex. Incredible stay! At the chalets you can use all hotels facilities at the same you can experience having your own apartment at the alps - which is really convenient when with the family/kids. Hotel is really smart and services great. Ski room is absolutely incredible

Six stars ⭐️ hotel. The service was amazing, from the concierge Freddy, to the staff at the ski room all were Great. The spa in very unique and a most experience during your visit. Hotel is ski in and out and the food was Amazing. Close to the shops and the restaurants. Safe travels to couchevel 1850

not one of the top hotels of Courchevel, but location is great, rooms are nice and big, so worth it ! particularly enjoyed the easy access to the main square village and ski lifts. would recommend for families

DO NOT BOOK this hotel. Worst customer service ever. It took me three emails and a phone call before anyone responded. When I initially contacted the hotel, they said the stay was cancelable and changeable if a travel ban were to be implemented. Now our government is advising us against non-essential travel. Because of COVID-19, my flight with Swiss Airline to Geneva was canceled. We told the hotel this and they would not let us change the date of the booking. We have stayed in many hotels around the world, and we have never experienced a hotel that puts their profit over the safety of their customers.
