Très bien et très accueillant

Great stay, beautiful clean and spacious room. The rooms had everything you would have needed. Food was amazing, beautiful rose wine. Staff couldn’t do enough for us, so kind and helpful. Can’t wait for a return visit thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

This is a lovely hotel to relax in with a lovely homely atmosphere. The open fire in the foyer area is a great place to sit back, relax & watch the world go by!! The staff are very friendly, accommodating & great at recommending places to go. Great food too. Will definitely be back !

Excellent stay, everything was amazing starting with reception staff, restaurant staff and leisure centre team. Great value for money.

Wonderful hotel we had a lovely 2 night stay couldn't ask for better staff and accommodation food was amazing and leisure centre was a bonus, can't wait to return with either our friends or with our family sometime in the very near future I await your future deals

We had an amazing three night stay in Jacksons hotel. From the time we walked through the front door until we left 😪it didn't disapoint. The staff really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. It was just after Easter and their were Easter eggs left in our room, it was a lovely treat. We ate in the bar each evening, we had planned to eat out on one evening but the food was delicious,so we didn't need to. To be honest, when we parked up our car on the Sunday evening, we didn't move it again until we were leaving on Wednesday morning. We spent each morning in the leisure centre, and i even manage to do an aerobics class on the Tuesday morning, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The staff are lovely in the leisure centre. Beside the hotel , there's a lovely river walk, highly recommended. Our room was to the front of the hotel, and it was flooded with light. The bed was so comfortable with big fluffy pillows. The bathroom was newly refurbished, with a large shower and big mirror. Definitely we will be returning to this hotel, we couldn't fault it in any way. Its so welcoming, and the staff are amazing. Had a 1 night stay here and honestly wish it could have been longer. Fabulous room overlooking the river Finn. From checking in until we checked out the staff were so friendly, accommodating and helpful. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. We ate in the restaurant and the food was really lovely. We will definitely be back as it’s now one of our favourite places!

Everyone was so nice, at reception, at the bar and at the leisure centre. Our evening meal was lovely 😊 as was our breakfast. Great location for walks and getting to other parts of Donegal. I hope to return soon with my family for a midweek break.

Had 2night break here it was great. Hotel had been refurbished from last time we stayed and it's fabulous,we had a lovely room overlooking river finn. From the moment we checked in until checkout the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Especially Caroline who couldn't do enough to make our stay fantastic. The food and service was great and very good value for money. The couple we went with felt the same, no complaints at all. Cannot wait to go back
