花別墅飯店(Villa las Flores)

I stayed here as a solo traveller, my first impression on seeing the place was it looked more like an open prison than an apar**ent complex. I got access to my room (106) and can only describe my 1st impression as shock at how basic and dated and dirty it was, there was sick on the outside of the toilet and the furniture was battered and worn, also the shower wasn’t attached to the wall and was very low pressure. The room was an absolute dump with no privacy. I got my head down at about 11.30pm only to be woken up by a large group of drunken males that were shouting and screaming at each other, the noise died down and then started again about 2am and was on and off until like 7am in the morning. The walls are paper thin and the rooms are all cramped together in a grubby little court yard. There is no onsite security, no reception and no way of reporting the noise so you just have to grin and bear it. I didn’t get any sleep and felt vulnerable so I decided I wouldnt stay there any longer, left after the 1st night. The whole place is horrible and grubby and doesn’t have a nice feeling about it at all. The whole code system they operate is open to abuse and was abused, the rooms are designed for 2 people and on more than 1 occasion I witnessed groups of like 6 males all coming and going from 1 room!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE ITS HORRIBLE, PAY A LITTLE MORE AND ENJOY YOUR HOLIDAY!!! THIS GRUBBY LITTLE HOSTLE IS UNSAFE, DIRTY AND HAS NO ONSITE RECEPTION OR SECURITY!!! I have asked for a refund and been totally ignored!!!!

Room we had was awful needs to be updated it’s 2024 not 1974, so bad we left after two days. Positive note good location that’s about it about this place. Bars and restaurants close by. But the hotel it’s self looks fine from the outside but inside was a different story, We booked from these reviews and to say I was disappointed is an understatement, of this place.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! I booked for December through OTB and arrived on Xmas eve. There was no one around and no reception so I tried the various contact numbers, including the emergency ones. There was either no response or some Spanish dude laughing at me and not helping in anyway. I ended up staying in a hostel with a thieving toxic guy from New Zealand and his criminal pickpocket friends but managed to minimise thefts to a pair of my sunglasses. On Xmas day I got back on the case and read some of the reviews to try and locate these con merchants, and perhaps even get into the apartment I had paid for so I could start enjoying Xmas. No one in the area even knew of the place and from the outside it looked like a badly run building project. It was time to contact OTB. I rang OTB's emergency number and despite numerous attempts to contact the owners of Flore's they came back saying they had had the same problems and couldn't get hold of anyone. OTB tried to get me to pay for further accommodation out of my own pocket! I resisted knowing OTB had a duty of care to make sure I had a place to stay for the duration of my holiday. By boxing day after leaving me stressed , homeless and in despair they finally gave in and sorted me alternative accommodation in a fairly decent hotel which going by previous reviews of Flores was actually dodging a bullet! But there was still no sign of anyone to speak to in regards to my stay at Flores! And there never has been...no apology, no compensation or refund, no anything...

Ideal location and so close to the beach restaurants and shops. Rooms were clean but very basic. Staff excellent and very helpful as we got un upgrade from inside room. There is noise from bars nearby but all went quiet at midnight. Rooms were cleaned every 2nd day as well as towels. Sheets every 3rd day. Sunbeds no longer on the terrace

Excellent bungalow, is like a home from home. The amenities is fabulous the terrace has a lovely table & chairs you can dine el fresco. It has 4 sun beds with a great hot tub, you can also go up the spiral stairs to a roof top solarium. The super king size bed is very comfy, & Wi-Fi is excellent. The tv has all the sky sports, but sports, sky movies & even local tv stations I.e. STV & BBC 1 Scotland.

Nice little pension house/small hotel. Rooms were clean and the roof terrace had a good view across the sea... location is fantastic across from Iberostar Bouganville Playa (not far from Playa las Americas but far enough to be away from the craziness)y. Would stay again. Only problem was the room got a bit hot. Thankfully my son lives in Tenerife and gave me a fan but I think I'd have been ok without it. Room 101 is noisy so try to avoid. RECOMMENDED ROOMS...103/104/105/106 are on the terrace and have their own outside table and chairs (see pix) 107/108 are up another flight of stairs without balconies
