費爾橋快捷飯店奈阿克(FairBridge Inn Express Nyack)

It was a clean and quite room.... the one thing I didn't care for was the amenities from when it was a chain hotel brand. Bank when it was a Wyndham Hotel brand, the toiletries and display were still used. Back when it was a Super 8 the phone was still in the room.... which didn't work BTW. When I needed the Wi-Fi password, I actually had to use my cell phone to call the front desk for information, since the room phone didn't work. Also, the heater started making noise that would wake us up as we slept.

It was average, which I expected for the price. The first room we were given smelled like cigarette smoke. We were then given a room that was acceptable. However, they use Fabuloso cleaner- which I despise. Other than that, it was okay.

The room was worn down with paint chips on the door and stains throughout the room. There was a large stain in the tub so I was unable to take a shower in the morning. When I brought this to the front desk’s attention the man in the lobby said it was just a rust stain like it was normal and he clearly was aware of the issue but did nothing to address. He said I needed to go through Travelocity. Travelocity called three times and the manager was “not in. When they were finally able to get ahold of the manager/owner he denied any compensation because I didn’t bring this to their attention sooner which I did. Clearly an issue of passing the buck between the two organizations and no one was able to resolve in the end so I will be going through my credit card now. I provided a picture of this rust stain and will post on social media to ensure no one else makes the mistake of trusting this hotel to provide a clean room. I will never stay at a Super 8 again and will certainly not use Travelocity as they were incapable of resolving this issue in any way.

Very good for a Super 8. Of course not fancy or glamorous and a bit rU down, but room, ac, tv and shower were all good and there was a decent little fridge and microwave and the king size bed was big and comfy and it was quiet. Great value for $$

Near everything in Nyack. But heavily trafficked commercial area but room was quiet. Had all amenities. Spotlessly clean. Staff pleasant. No elevator but half of the rooms on ground floor. Breakfast not great but coffee in room and a microwave. Whole place has been renovated in the last couple of years. I’ve stayed there twice and will be staying there again in a couple of weeks.

The room stunk of toxic cleaning products. I spent an hour airing it out before we could be in it. Very clean, though.

Door handle and toilet seat were very loose and needed tightening. We were unable to get clean towels until the next morning and the ones in the room weren’t properly cleaned. On the positive side, it was fairly quiet and staff were friendly.

Bathroom- towel rack coming off the wall. Just was not as nice ( looks) as I hope it would be.

Friendly desk clerk. Breakfast choices very extremely limited. TV in room didn't work and couldn't be fixed. But, for the price, this is a decent place to spend a night.
