We had to wait after check in time before the room was ready , however the facilities were made available to us.  There were restaurants included that you had to reserve instead of one big hall for food , however you had the option to go to the buffet, drinks were great . There were no irons in the room

Great resort. The layout is awesome. The Hideaway side is very well put together and the staff does a great job. Shoutout to the VIBE TEAM. The Royalton side has a nice waterpark for families. Love the entertainment. No complaints

Food was amazing… much better than most all inclusive, resort was beautiful… service could have been better but overall it was a great stay and would definitely return.

The lobby requires some air conditioner or fans as it is very hot. I love the club and the staff very friendly and accommodating.

My family and I had an amazing time. The food and service were impeccable. The facilities were also fantastic, pity the stay was short so could not indulge in most of the activities. Notable mention to staff Cranston, who went above out of his way to ensure that our requests were honored (give that guy a raise) I would definitely return to Royalton.
