希爾頓歡朋飯店-科尼利亞(Hampton Inn Cornelia)

Our bathroom shower had mildew on the walls and handrails. The hotel is going through renovations so it looks messy. There is an unpleasant smell in the hotel. We also went swimming in the pool and it seems that some of the people swimming there were not guests of the hotel but guests of the employee(s) on duty, based on the conversations I overheard.

The room was spacious. Unfortunately, the cleanliness, or lack thereof, was not up to standards. When I went to use the restroom, I had to clean poop off the seat. The shower walls were dirty, and when I went to bed, there was a sticky substance (gum?) on the headboard. When I told the very friendly CSR at the desk, she apologized.

Did not get the room I reserved which was 2 queen beds for my 18 year old granddaughter and myself. It was my gift to for her graduation from high school and receiving athletic/educational scholarship for lacrosse and neonatal medical nursing degree. Was a very disappointing first night of our trip. The road to the hotel was not completed. Not a good sign stating which road per their Hotel sign, to turn onto the correct road to their hotel off of the main highway. The staff and mgr where not very kind or supportive until another lady came and gave the suggestion of putting a twin rollaway bed for my granddaughter to sleep on and bright the sheets for us to put on the rollaway bed. Tina at front desk was very accommodating for us and very friendly staff. The hotel was quiet and safe and clean. The room was very clean except the bed mattress squeaked and the room needed darkening curtains from parking lot lights.

The staff we’re not so accommodating, didn’t explain about breakfast and timing, when we come back staff realize that she didn’t let me sign a paper, very disorganize, the hotel is clean but out dated. Very noisy.

I always feel at home in Hampton Inns and this one is no exception. Thank you for making my travel pleasant.

Employees were rude, carpet in room was grungy, office chair “leather” was almost all peeled off, bathroom had hair in it

Staff was nice but property is dated and needs major renovation. Our bathroom was not cleaned properly, especially the toilet. I will not go into details. Elevator broke and we were forced to carry our luggage down the stairs. Bed was very comfortable. Front desk folks were pleasant.

Employees at the service desk were very friendly and helpful. It was nice and quiet. The bathroom could’ve been a bit cleaner but not dirty enough to really complain. Breakfast wasn’t too great, pretty bland, but I don’t typically expect much from hotel breakfasts. It was in a convenient spot for gas stations and food. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would stay here again!
