科克城克萊頓飯店(Clayton Hotel Cork City)

I got a room with a window facing the in-door atrium, which meant not having a window with daylight. For the price I paid, I would expect to have a room with a window with daylight. Spa was not clean and I didn't enjoy it at all. Breakfast was not good either. I won't stay with Clayton again.

The staff were great, very helpful. Location was a amazing. Good value parking too.

Great location, only concern is about paying parking!

Although other reviews I searched were a 4.6-4.8 this a sad representation of the hotel. we were in room 340. Positives-the beds were comfortable. Negatives- the mold in the bathroom was horrible. The shower and shower doors are in need of a large amount of scrubbing and bleach. The carpet in the room had horrible stains all over it and was just dirty. The room was situated adjacent to the city halfway house or homeless shelter. The noise was horrible at night. The Gardia and ambulance was outside our window no less than 5 times and one was hauled away completely naked. It was obvious that this is the hangout for those actively using *****. The restaurant menu was limited and we witnessed a couple get up from a table and they seated another couple without cleaning it. there was only a glass left so the worker just picked it up and seated them anyway. they seated us at a table where there were food all over the seats. that was the last time eating their especially for the price. I would not recommend this hotel if you are coming to Ireland to visit for the first time. It will not leave a good impression.

Un hôtel 4 étoiles qui nous a déçu. Nous avions demandé dans les étages supérieurs et n'avons été placés qu'au 2° sur une rue bruyante. Impossible de régler l'eau chaude (brulante) dans la douche et pas de débit. Par ailleurs, l'eau ne se vidait pas dans le lavabo. Nous avons signalé cela à la reception : pas de changement significatif. Enfin, le petit déjeuner n'est pas au niveau d'un 4 étoiles (peu de choix et bruyant). Globalement très décevant.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We entered the parking garage and there were two tents for unsheltered as we entered. Then when we were in our room for the early evening into the night there were at least 12 loud individuals hanging out outside our window. Looked unsheltered and that there were ***** involved. Very loud and uncomfortable. At dinner the staff were friendly in the hotel restaurant but extremely unorganized. We weren't able to charge to our room and we couldn't get wine glasses to take to our room. When we called the front desk for glasses they said they would have to charge us 6 Euros to get an empty wine glass. Just outrageous and the front desk person was rude and not helpful at all. Stay away from this hotel. Do not recommend extremely disappointed.
