The first night was ok. My room was very warm the next morning, so I turned on the AC but only hot air came out. The temp in the room was at a blistering 93 degrees. I called the front desk and Miss Rebecca was very sweet and courteous. She came up to try to reset the unit but that didn’t work, so she switched me to a different room. And before she switched she made sure the AC worked. The room had just been cleaned as well so it had that “freshly cleaned bleach smell”.

VERY clean hotel. I've stayed at others in the area (I travel for business) and this is probably my new favorite. The breakfast was unique, the hotel was clean and updated, the staff was friendly. Maybe the only weird thing was driving through Sonic to get into the parking lot. But the parking lot was convenient. Shower pressure and water temp was GREAT!

This was a fabulous place to stay. Amazing breakfast. The pool was excellent. Everything was clean. The beds were comfy. Staff was helpful and kind. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Commerce.

We arrived early and they had available rooms. Without hesitation they allowed us to check in early. The room was very nice and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay

Our room was not well maintained. All the lights flickered, broken doors, bed felt very old and like we were sleeping in springs, curtains did not open or close properly.

Booked this hotel for the hot tub . Unfortunately when we got there it was out of service. Wouldnt have spent the extra money for this hotel had it been on the website .

Hot tub wasn’t working, the only reason we booked this location Desk clerk, very unfriendly Breakfast tables dirty, sticky Food not kept filled No hot water for shower

Nice area near shopping outlet At first was placed in a handicap room but employee readly changed us to a More suitable room. Stay was very pleasant.
