Beautifully appointed studio room, comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, and kitchen. Very clean and elegant. Friendly and courteous staff. Moda restaurant in Marriott part had delicious and not overpriced food, open late so that when we were hungry at 10 pm we didn’t have to leave hotel to get a snack. Will definitely stay again.

Hotel and accommodations were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The customer service was top tier! We arrived at 1 am and found that there were no linens for the pullout bed. The Guest Relations Manager, Yordanos, personally brought them up to us, and continued to check on us for the rest of our stay. Yordanos, thank you soo much for going above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

I represent a travel agency and I asked for two rooms quiet and without street noise, I asked for these two rooms to be next to each other! other rooms are not important but these two!!!, a few days earlier I wrote to them, called them, asked. And what do I get? just those two rooms far apart and from the side of the street where the trucks go. Is it normal? no thinking? special malice? stupidity? sorry, I don't know, but you need to train your employees in such *******ally easy jobs. This is customer ignorance. Consistently good experience. Clean, comfortable, well-maintained property. Excellent customer service. This Residence Inn is my favorite hotel.

Zach up front was so kind and welcoming. Continental breakfast is fantastic! Bar inside the Marriott was clean and bartender Zane was fantastic. Will definitely stay again.
