A good place overall. Unfortunately the night we were there so was a large group of kids on a sports trip and they were quite loud, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. It was clean, acceptably so. The bed was way too soft and my husband and I both had backaches in the morning. Breakfast had a good variety and was decent.

We had a 3 night stay here and overall we had a great experience. Staff was friendly and inviting. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. We had the free breakfast every morning and it was really good. We loved the options and the hot coffee. The area to eat was very nicely set up as well. We used the pool each day as well. We loved that it was indoor and was the perfect level for our son. Our room was spacious and had everything that we needed. I felt like the room was clean, bed was comfortable as well. We were given just the right amount of towel, 3 and we reused them each day which I was fine with. I liked that they had filled bottles that they would just reuse instead of small samples. The bathroom was ok. Mirror sink and fan were all great. I noticed some areas though in the bathroom that could use cleaning/touch up. Around the toilet is was a black rim, the rim of the sink was dirty and there was a long crack along the tub that water could just go down. I felt like the floor of the tub was a bit slippery and the pressure in the shower wasn’t the greatest but I think that’s true for most hotels. Overall we had a great stay and I would recommend this hotel. We most likely will return when we come back to Worthington.

Our car got broken into. Conveniently within minutes of the security guard leaving the property after their shift. Everything was caught on camera and turned into the police. The hotel offered a trash bag and tape to cover out busted window. Thanks. We asked to keep our room and extra hour to help with the fact we had to find somewhere to vacuum up the glass. Nope. They couldn’t accommodate. Outside of that, the overall stay was ok. We had to ask several times for more towels at the pool since they basically give you hand towels. The water in the pool was freezing. The blow dryer in the room was broken. We saw several stains in the suite sofa. All of those things we can live with but the fact our vehicle was broken into in plain site right in front of the hotel and we were only offered a sorry was just bananas. People should feel safe.

I had the worst experience in my life. My boyfriend and I were getting ready, he was looking at the mirror while doing his hair and I was putting my shirt on facing the door. We heard how someone was trying to open our room. Two African American guys literally opened our room. I got scared, I screamed while my boyfriend pushed the door trying to close it. The two guys run down the stairs , I tried calling the front desk but the phone didn’t work. The person next to us came out of his room to check on us. Spoke to the manager but their conclusion was that we left our door open. We didn’t because they didn’t push the door, they actually took the time to try to open it since we both stared at the door and saw everything. It seemed like they didn’t cared & the receptionist that I spoke to at night said that he saw 4 guys running up the stairs. They had a way to open the door because we heard the little noise it makes when you open a door. We are not crazy! Please be careful , it was on the second floor last room in the corner and the exit stairs were right in front of our room. I believe everything was planned out. I didn’t get to signed anything when I checked in at the hotel and when I tried doing an incident report online they told me that I was not on the system.

Nice, clean property with friendly staff in a nice area. Close to highway makes it easy to travel but is a little loud from road traffic.

At check in the service was great, the room even better except you could hear everything outside.

Hotel is so clean. The room was comfortable. My only complaint is the bathroom is poorly lit.

Computers are down… manual registration, no room key!

Excellent. Very clean and friendly. Nice big room .Highly recommended. I'll definitely be back.
