哥倫布市中心希爾頓逸林飯店(DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Columbus Downtown)

The room was not clean nor did they service the room in 3 days. Started with no hot water and when turned this in as an issue, they thought that meant we were checking out. So they checked us out unbeknownst to us. After a while, we got that fixed. The pre-paid breakfasts were charged to my card and never removed as stated despite informing them of such. I do not advise staying here unless you like hidden fees and a lack of basic services. We were in a suite. Rented a river view suite but had a wonderful view of the city buildings opposite of the river.

I almost nice, but the sink drains in the bathroom and kitchen area were pretty gross to look at as well as the bathtub floor. There were also previous people's personal items under the bed and in the pull out couch that showed the room had not been cleaned very well in the past

It was a really good stay. The manager at the front desk made us feel special as soon as we approach the counter. I like the fact that there was coffee available all day. Also, the convenience store was stock with all of my favorite goodies. I really thought the floor was nasty. But, it was not.

The hotel staff at check-in were GREAT and very helpful and knowledgeable. We were satisfied with the hotel bar staff. She was on the phone the entire time we were in the bar and seem aggravated when we order because it interrupted her conversation. She didn't have out her phone but was on her earpods. In fact, we specifically asked when the hotel bar closed and she indicated that it closed at 11pm. We returned to the hotel at 10:15pm timeframe and the bar was closed. The staff at the front desk said she decided to close early which was unfortunate as that was one of the amenities we searched for when booking. The card key reader in the elevator in the parking garage was also not working and the water temperature was barely warm. There was also some weird noise coming from the toilet when flushed and some mold in the tub. We did not bring it these issues to the attention of the staff though as we wanted to spend our time enjoying our trip.

Probably was a nicer hotel years ago. Sadly, it is understaffed, and it’s showing its age. Spacious rooms but no service to speak of, and the rooms were not clean. Understaffed and in need of a renovation.

Staff was great, gave us a recommendation for breakfast nearby that was 1/2 the price as the hotel restaurant and far better.

No A/C, was not told that there was only heat, room was SWEATY HOT entire time...this should be posted online and at the desk. Also the night shift lady response to my room being hot was turn off the thermostat and talk to the manager tomorrow....didnt cause trouble just left next morning....will not stay again, probably not stay at any double tree....185 bucks and no AC
