雷努卡城市飯店(Renuka City Hotel)

Perfect location. Hotel rooms are big and clean. Customer care and room service was excellent. Recommend this place for your short vacations with family and friends.

wife on 3rd floor was at times was not effective. No menu card for room service, no papers to make notes. No Indian channels on tv to watch tv serials.

Net hotel met zeer vriendelijke medewerkers (portiers, receptie medewerkers en schoonmaakpersoneel). De deluxe kamer is groot genoeg om comfortabel twee koffers te zetten, heeft een grote douche en is erg schoon. Je zit dicht bij de zee, er staan altijd wel twee tuk tuk's voor de deur en een supermarkt zit op loopafstand. Twee kleine nadelen - geluiden van de gang zijn goed hoorbaar, en schoonmaak gebeurt op de raarste momenten (om 19:00 's avonds?), maar wel erg netjes. Voor ons was het fijn genoeg om nog een keer te boeken in dezelfde reis, en we zijn erg tevreden. Het gegeven dat we als twee mannen zonder problemen konden verblijven in een 'double bed' maakt het af.

We stayed here for 5 nights. Received very well. The bell boys unloaded our luggage from the car and took us to our room. They provided an umbrella cover too as it was raining. The reception area looked gloomy, dark and unwelcoming. A few more furniture, some plants, and better lighting could improve the first impression. Staff was extremely good and helpful, so was booking in and checking out. Rooms were reasonably large with A/C and a good shower room. Didn't realize they top up the tiny shampoo and shower gel rather than replacing-"saving the planet?" Very good breakfast. The Palmyra restaurant was excellent.

our each and every stay at the hotel was so much exceptional. The rooms of the hotel are clean and cozy. Housekeeping staff is very helpful.The friendly hotel staff is giving a superb service to the guests always with nice smile The hotel is a relaxing and calm hotel which is convienient. . I would highly recommend anyone considering Hotel renuka Colombo, for their next stay

I booked here to stay for 3 nights after my tour and given its location the price was very reasonable. I didn’t expect the pool and gym to be in the adjacent building (depending on what room type). The gym facilities are the best I’ve seen in Sri Lanka. No bottled water in rooms but they give you filtered water in a flask ( Food City is across the road I went to buy water). You will need to ring reception before you go to the gym/pool then they will send staff there. The room is small and dated it could benefit from some renovations as the light switches and PowerPoints are old. The cupboard looks like it’s from the 80’s. The main issue is the walls are not sound proof I can hear slamming of doors, people in the next room singing and the electrical noise of the fridge running. One housekeeper wasn’t overly friendly when I asked for a second towel I got asked why, I didn’t get a second towel when I returned to me room! Also once after housekeeping I had no toilet paper so I had to call reception again. Pure laziness I think. There’s old cup marks on the coffee table, doesn’t look good. I would say it’s more a 3 star than a 4 star hotel as advertised on *********** . It’s ok for the price and a clean bed to sleep in. Reception and other staff have been friendly and accommodating.

Хороший городской отель. Удобно расположен от некоторых достопримечательностей. Чисто и уютно в номерах. Нас заселили в 2 ночи и выехали в 16 дня. 60$ за ночь стоил номер. Персонал был дружелюбен. Из минусов грязное окно и специфический запах в номере, но возможно у меня чувствительное обоняние.
