I was stay there for 4 nights and spend over 2000USD ( including Supun Resturant and Supun mall at same building). Last day my 3 years old kid playing with pen and draw at book and she also stain some on bed, so they ask me for penalty, I said ok I will ready to pay cleaning money but they say they want new bedsheet money penalty and it’s 9000 LKR !!!!! Then I said ok I will pay 9000 LKR you buy new bedsheet and give me old one then they didn’t agree n told me to talk with operation manager. And operation manager say then can’t give me old stoned bedsheet but he ask me to pay 4500 LKR. And I pay 4500 and solved this matter . At all of this time there behavior isn’t so comportable for a guest.

It’s a huge big apartment, service also good. But it’s far from airport.

So it started with the check in, there were not organised and the rooms were not ready. And i was checking in at 4 pm and as per my booking i was supposed to check in at 2pm. Then once i went to the room it was in a very bad condition, the paint was peeling off the walls and the room like everything was about to fall apart. As i was on a business trip, i left and cane back at night. There were 2 Air conditioner’s, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom. Both were not working and after repeated pleading with the staff i finally gave up and slept in 38 degree celsius heat. Next day they agreed to change my room and gave me another room. While i was gone on my business trip during the day, they trumped up false damage charges and charged me LKR 25,000 for some damage which i was niether shown or any proof given. They had taken a deposit of USD100 in cash at the very beginning and now i know why the insisted on taking cash. The staff was rude and not helpful, the worst experience of mine in srilanka
The hotel was very poor. We stayed in a big room for 6 people but the room was not very well cleaned, with stained linen on the bed and towels. The quality of the beds was terrible. The good thing about it were the amenities, with a good laundry room and kitchen with good appliances even though we didn’t use either. The food at the restaurant was absolutely awful, both for dinner and breakfast.

Have stayed at this place in 2023 and Aug 2024. It is good for when going as a family vacation but not great if I was traveling there for work. I hope the management takes some time to improve the smaller details or provide a premium service offering where everything is ready to go. Positives: - Great location, close to transportation easily accessible to anywhere. - Staff are great, especially after tipping them they will look after you well! - Supermarket on ground floor, well stocked and convenient - Pool and restaurant on roof good quality and nice views Negatives: - No wifi, TV didn't work (because of poor internet) - Bedside tables not there, no power near the beds or near table to set up your laptop (for example). Hotel needs to keep power boards, extension chords to help with this. So was very difficult to get work done, had to organise it all myself

Great location n good facilities. The apartments r clean n quiet comfortable. Awesome rooftop pool with a fantastic 360 view. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Chk in n chk out is a cumbersome n extremely time consuming. Other than this it’s really a good place to stay

Decent place for the budget traveller, absolutely clean place with all the necessities. Situated in a nice locality. Modest breakfast menu, rooftop restaurant also is fine. Many eateries nearby, overall fine.

This is an average hotel, situated in a very convenient and busy location. However it has loads of negatives. 1. The bathroom has constant urine smell. I asked them to change my room, it was not available due to busy season. 2. It has a roof top restaurant which has constant loud night parties, blasting music heard all over the hotel walkways. 3. Rip off charges the restaurant charges for non-quality tea. It also has a rude manager called Roshan who was not willing to hear the complaint. 4. In the late night son of the hotel owner was lighting fire crackers outside the front entrance of the hotel. Clouds of smoke disturbed everyone. When we complained, the workers said that they couldn’t do anything because it was done by the son of their boss. The hotel is cheap to stay but be aware of these negatives when making the booking.
