攜程訂了一間 去到前台打算訂另一間，然後前台説他幫忙訂比較便宜，就信了他，到checkout才發現，居然並沒有便宜，還害我浪費了半個小時，投訴無門，my God，但是裡邊的餐廳就蠻不錯

糟糕的服務和房間佈置——與我對四星級酒店的期望大相徑庭 我在阿布達比假日酒店（官方評級為四星級酒店）住了四晚，但入住體驗遠低於我對四星級酒店的期望。 辦理入住時，前台工作人員沒有詢問我是否已有帳戶就幫我註冊了新會員。當我告知我已有會員時，他卻說新帳戶更適合我的住宿，因為我只住了四晚。直到我堅持要求，他才幫我合併了獎勵。 飯店嚴格執行「不提供外帶」政策，直到我為朋友訂了蛋糕後，工作人員才粗魯地打電話告知我。蛋糕比預期提前送到，當時我正在洗澡，他們沒有妥善保管，而是直接把它放在了大廳的一層。我對此感到非常震驚，非常不專業。 我的房間裡沒有牙刷，紙巾剩下兩張，只有一隻拖鞋。當我打電話要求提供這些物品和浴袍時，他們又一次粗魯地告訴我，這家旅館不提供浴袍，而我朋友的房間卻有浴袍。床是兩張單人床墊拼起來的，我可以接受，但床單沒有好好鋪好，也沒有塞好（見附圖），讓床看起來凌亂不堪，很不專業。 唯一的優點是位置優越，靠近會議廳，早餐種類豐富，令人愉快。可惜的是，整體服務和對細節的關注並沒有達到我對四星級飯店的期望。下次去阿布達比，我會考慮其他選擇。

比較適合出差住吧，差不多都是這種風格，算是性價比可以的，早餐品類也是都差不多，首都的價格就高一點的樣子

If you want a hotel close to the airport this is a good choice. Check in was quick at 1am, although not at all informative and very un-IHG and almost rude. However all other staff were great anf thd room is large and quiet with everything you need and ghd breakfast is fantastic.

房間還算大 酒店也乾淨 衹是清潔不及時 要找前台安排才有人來打掃 最大的不足是洗澡需要爬進浴缸 對年紀大的很不友好，萬一滑倒不堪設想。去阿布扎比首選的酒店🏨

停車方便，看到小蠻腰建築，早飯不錯，泳池小但人少。好評

阿布扎比自駕很不友好，半個月的自駕衹有這裏被莫名其妙拍了超速，超過30嗎碼時速就拍。酒店不新，設施很一般

Hotel front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. We have been delay over 6 hours arrived Dubai international airport because of cyclones. We got the rental van drive 2 hours direct the hotel to catch up lost time, lucky we arrive hotel and check-in and just enough time to catch the breakfast before they close for the day. The food are very nice and good with many choice to choose. The room are very nice and clean.

It was a pleasant experience as usual. Just a tiny concern, I booked the room for 2 people however, the available dental kit was only 1. I could not find any tissue papers/napkins inside the room or on the desk. I was not able to find the Prayer Mat which is usually available in the rooms. Overall a pleasant and good experience.

房間衞生可以的，早餐還算豐盛。主要是西餐為主。服務態度可以的。自駕有代停車服務。入住的客人東歐和阿拉伯客人居多

자주가는 호텔. 위치 가격 조식 다 편안 하고 좋습니다 4성급호텔중 아부다비에서 괜찮은 호텔인거 같습니다. 감사합니다.

房間還行，就是沒有大床，兩張小床拼成得！總體感覺還好，服務態度不錯，介紹也挺詳細得！ 門鎖有些壞了，沒有及時處理
