Das Hotel liegt in Köln recht zentral. Auch die Möglichkeit direkt im Hotel zu frühstücken hat wohl den Ausschlag für die Buchung gegeben. Jedoch schon bei der Ankunft zeigte sich das an der Rezeption vor und nach mir es wohl Lautstärkedifferenzen zwischen den Buchungen der anreisenden Gäste und den Verständnis, der nur bedingt deutsch sprechenden Dame an der Rezeption gab. Mein mitreißender Kollege hat er eindeutig Frühstück mit bestellt. Musste dies aber am nächsten Morgen lautstark einfordern. Ich selbst, bin sehr viel in Hotels unterwegs hab es aber extrem selten erlebt, dass das Personal gegenseitig immer wieder lautstark vorgestern um Abläufe, welche eingeübt sein sollten, stritten. Mein Zimmer selbst war abgewohnt und hatte wohl den Flair der 1980 Jahre. Stromkabel einfach an die Wand geklebt, mit der Hoffnung, dass diese sich nicht wieder lösen. Insgesamt würde ich dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen. Was den Grund, dass Mitarbeiter und Gäste sich ständig negativ anschreien.

good hotel，德國人還是很靠譜的，工作很認真，入住前要簽名要寫聯繫人家庭住址，科隆值得來看看，酒店沒有印度服務員，所以都比較友好，建議入住Germans are still very reliable and work very seriously. Before checking in, they need to sign and write the contact person's home address. Cologne is worth visiting because there are no Indian waiters in the hotel, so they are quite friendly. It is recommended to check in.

Wir besuchten zu viert das Geno Hotel zum angebotenen Sonntagsbrunch. Ich wollte dieses testen, weil ich für Ostern mit der Familie etwas suchte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der voll besetzte große Raum hatte eher ”Kantinencharakter”. Dies ist nur meine Meinung. Das Vorspeisenbufett war relativ übersichtlich, aber ausreichend. Leider gab es nur einen grünen Salat, dessen Blätter man wohl vergessen hat zu zerkleinern. Als Hauptspeise stand zur Verfügung: ein Fisch, und einmal Schweinegeschnetzteltes, als Beilage Reis und Nudeln. Sorry, dies reicht meiner Meinung nach nicht zum Brunchbufett. Ich habe schon etliche Brunchs zu mir genommen, aber dieser gehörte nicht zu den guten. Ich esse kein Fisch, daher fehlte jegliche Auswahl ausser Schweinegechnetzeltes. Meine Frau isst kein Schwein. Auch hier keine Auswahlmöglichkeit, ausser Fisch. Von der Qualität her; für denjenigen, der sich nur satt essen möchte, und nicht wählerisch ist, ist das Brunchbufett ok.

我在順從酒店度過了愉快的時光。工作人員非常友好和友善,房間很乾淨,有兩個人有足夠的空間。牀對我來說有點硬,但我們只住了兩個晚上,所以還可以。酒店的位置非常完美,在酒吧/酒吧和中心之間。儘管環境繁忙,但我們並沒有受到噪音的干擾。如果我回科倫,我肯定會參觀這家酒店。

The Courtyard Marriott of Cologne was clean, beautiful and a great location. It was a short walk to the Central train Station and near all the sights of Cologne. I was only there for one night and did not get to experience the breakfast as we checked out before it was served, but they did provide me with a lunch box which included a ham and cheese sandwich, a banana and a water. There is coffee and boxed water 24 hours a day in the lobby. The beds were super comfortable and the temperature of the room was ideal, as we had control over the air conditioner, whereas other hotels we stayed in the same week, did not allow us control and we were very warm. The room we had was a nice size and the view was of the empty courtyard which was extrememly quiet and definitely highly desirable. Front staff upon checking in, was not friendly, however after check in everyone else we came in contact with was very friendly. I didn't get the ladies name at the front desk, but she definitely didn't give us a positive welcome. Glad her shift ended and everyone else we dealt with, and passed was extremely friendly and that is what the experience should be like.

I stayed for 2 nights on a trip through Europe. The hotel is centrally located, just a few minutes walk from the beautiful Cologne Cathedral. What I liked: The great location. The friendly staff. Exceptionally clean. Great Breakfast with lots on offer. Easily accessible. The bed was comfortable. What I didn’t like: The room I was given was tiny with no window. It was so so hot and sadly that affected my sleep. The room had air conditioning but it didn’t work and just circulated hot air. However, the kind man on reception offered me another room, but I was already settled and for such a short stay didn’t want to pack everything up again. Regardless of that, I’d be happy to stay here again and the price I paid was incredibly reasonable, being so close to the centre of the city.
