我們有一個基本的房間，配有一張雙人床和一個步入式淋浴間。房間一塵不染，地點優越。酒店業主應提供訪問詳細資訊。確保你有這個，否則你將無法進入。我們沒有收到業主的任何信息，但我們打電話給他們的代理人並很快解決了問題。登記入住是在走廊的控制台上以電子方式完成的，該控制台也可以發出你的房間鑰匙。你會聽到一點街道噪音，但並不過分。

Sehr zentral gelegen und solide Zimmerausstattung, aber viel Lärm in der Umgebung und im Hotel bei schlecht gedämmten Fenstern und Türen. Im Hotel selbst läuft sehr laut Musik (vom Hotel selbst), die ich, wenn ich abends etwas Ruhe finden wollte, als sehr störend empfunden habe. Eingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

One pillow on the bed. One towel - luckily I packed one. No air conditioning. Close to bars — some nights were too close when they stayed open all night and it was too loud. Check-in is a nightmare since they never sent me the instructions. I also helped another lady who was stuck in lobby for 20 minutes trying to contact staff member to get access to her room

le CHECK IN est un NIGHMARE pas de réception, pas de code d'entrée, il faut trouver le N° du standard et les appeler.... La douche ne s'évacue pas bien non plus, très désagréable

Konum olarak mükemmel, şehrin merkezinde olduğu için çok rahat ettik. Bina temiz, odalar temiz. Ancak odalar görsellerdeki gibi mutfağa veya plak gibi dekorasyonlara ve klimaya sahip değil. Yatakları konforlu, yazın seyahat edecekler için klima olmaması sorun olabilir.

I was travelling to Koln with a friend and room was cancelled at 00:36 the same day ! During the night then !!! I noticed the cancellation when we were already in Koln. The day before I have been asked to update my credit card information (around 10 am) and I did (around 11 am). I received an email from the booking website confirming it was ok and I was invited by the “hotel” itself to proceed with the online checkin. When arriving in Koln, I contacted the hotel and the person told me they didn’t get any news about my credit cart information update so they cancel my booking. We called the supposedly “friendly” staff to help us find a solution but our room was, of course, already sold. (During the night between 1 am and 9am) Probably for a higher price !!!! Btw: during weekends, Hotel prices in this city are ridiculously high for nothing. Hotel staff did nothing to help us and didn’t even bother to warn us that we were traveling to a city without any valid booking. It’s a shame. Now I will enjoy my super expensive remote room for the price of a beautiful room in Paris. Thanks Koncept Hotel 👌

Hotel in pieno centro storico. Bar sotto. Locali, ristoranti, birrerie, pub e negozi li..sotto casa. Centro storico a 4/5 minuti a piedi. Direttamente sulla piazza del Rathaus. Si raggiunge tutto in pochi minuti; monumenti, fiume, ponte, tutto. Stanza bella, luminosa con vista spettacolare. Quindi assolutamente positivo.. Quasi tutto.. Non mi sono piaciute 2 cose: Check in sul posto con la macchina: non veloce, non semplice..non per tutti. Non è chiaramente indicato che non c'è alcun tipo di reception/possibilità di interagire con una persona sul posto. ...e non tutti sono giovani e pratici e conoscono l'inglese. Puoi telefonare..ma per telefono in una lingua straniera, che al massimo è quella che conosci un po'..non è come di persona, e non è comodo per niente. Consiglio: fornite più indicazioni precise: Altra cosa, nella doccia lo scarico è posizionato vicino alla porta. Se non scarica, si riempie il piatto doccia, la guarnizione non tiene, e ti trovi allagato ..dovendo scendere un gradino di 30 cm. è molto pericoloso scivolare. Detto questo il posto merita è bello e comodo.. Non rendono il soggiorno negativo.. ma un suggerimento va visto anche come un modo di accrescere l'hotel

We’re still waiting outside sitting in a second place to shelter in from the cold. They have NO lobby, NO place to store luggage while allegedly getting the room ready. I don’t mind waiting till 3, but most respectable establishments have a way to take care of guests. This place is made just to collect money. Nothing in the hotel description said you’ll be waiting outside in the cold till - they’ll allow you to have a key.
